Posizione strategica nel quartiere di Plaka e a due passi dall'entrata all'Acropoli e al suo museo. Hotel veramente carino, proprietari e personale davvero gentili. Colazione varia e sostanziosa. C'è stato solo un piccolo problema con l'acqua calda ma risolto prontamente.

The evening/night reception was extremely helpful, arranging food delivery from a local restaurant and providing some breakfast foods for an extremely early departure.
The day reception provided a good restaurant recommendation within easy walking distance.
Nice and close (walking distance) to the Acropolis and Parthanon.
We enjoyed our stay at Home and Poetry.

The staff gave excellent service upon check-in all the way through the whole visit to check out. The room was very spacious and clean. Great Location and walking distance to everything.

Very charming boutique hotel housed in historic building with rooftop breakfast cafe (with acropolis view!) in great location. Home & Poetry was a great choice for us while visiting Athens. The hotel was extremely clean with plenty of toiletries. Our suite had an upstairs room that was a perfect layout for our adult daughter. The rooftop cafè offered a buffet breakfast as well as a made to order menu each morning that we enjoyed while taking in the acropolis view. This is also a great place to enjoy the view in the evening. The location is perfect for walking to all of the shops, restaurants and meeting place for starting acropolis tour. The staff does a nice job of taking care of guests. Plumbing quirky in old building, but other than that no issues. We enjoyed staying in this lovely hotel with delicious breakfast and acropolis view allowing us to conveniently walk around Plaka!

Good Plaka location not buried in the center of Plaka. Very clean and the staff was most accomodating. The two gentlemen in the rooftop breakfast area were outstanding. Wonderful breakfast.
