Adrian Hotel

Hotel był dobrze położony. Zjedli śniadanie na dachu, skąd można było zobaczyć Partenon. Byłoby bardzo miło, gdyby pozwolili ci wieczorem skorzystać z tej przestrzeni i przynieść własne napoje, aby usiąść, popijać i podziwiać piękny widok. Podróżowaliśmy z przyjaciółmi i balkony nie były wystarczająco duże, aby pomieścić 4 osoby. Pokój był wygodny. Jeśli podróżujesz spoza kraju, pamiętaj o zabraniu ze sobą konwertera do ładowania telefonów komórkowych itp.

what a great little hotel in a perfect location. Get an Acropolis view room as it is at the back with no street noise. The staff from reception to the room maids are great and speak decent English. The breakfast for a small hotel is brilliant,bacon eggs,sausages toast and coffee with the most delicious fresh orange juice you could wish for. The rooms are adequate with a good bathroom and shower. Good value for money. plenty to do locally and within walking distance of the museum Hadrians gate and the changing of the guard outside the Parliment building. also a good variety of bars and places to eat. Would I return.........Yes One good tip pre book your taxi to and from the airport as it is a good 45-50 minutes drive. On arrival our driver was waiting for us and on return the taxi was at the hotel to pick us up dead on time.

Very comfortable beds and a nice breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were very accommodating, helping with luggages after our check out and arranging a taxi for us to the airport. Lady at the breakfast always refilled our bottles with water which was very kind of her :)

When I got the reservation dates wrong for another hotel, they helped us find a room nearby. The Adrien is in a fun neighborhood with shops and restaurants and just a few blocks from the metro station. The room is simple with a balcony, queen bed, tv and air conditioner. Air conditioner is important since there’s street noise with the balcony door open. The bath is small with a shower including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap and a hair dryer in the room. This was important to us since our luggage didn’t make it. No safe. We borrowed an electrical adaptor for the European outlet from the desk. No USB ports. There is an elevator for those who need it. The breakfast on the roof was a very good buffet with good coffee, eggs, bacon, toast, fruit, yogurt, cheese. Greek salad and fresh squeezed orange Jo ice. The decor is traditional with potted blooming plants and a nice view of the Acropolis. There is unobtrusive netting to keep the birds from begging. The roof is not open at night. I recommend the nearby Plaka Hotel rooftop for cocktails. Beware of pickpockets on the metro. They got my husband’s.

Located in the middle of the Plaka with really good restaurants right out front. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds were quite comfortable after multiple days of a lot of sightseeing. There was a decent and respectable breakfast from the roof top with great views of the Acropolis. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again due to location and restaurants

Small hotel in centre of Plaka area within walking distance of Acropolis and many bars and restaurants. On enquiring the Acropolis view rooms were taken and ours had a side view onto next building with a very small balcony. Breakfast was on roof top overlooking Acropolis. Breakfast had limited hot food but overall adequate. Staff friendly. Ideal location for the old part of Athens but feel a little over priced for the facilities provided

Nice budget option in the heart of Athens "Plaka". Very very clean. The check in at 3 PM is strictly enforced, so don't expect early check-in. There is a secure room for your bags. Breakfast was very ample and many folks openly making sandwiches for later in the day. Nice selection of dining options immediately outside the front door. Metro and Hard Rock Cafe both 5 minute walk. Reception called us a taxi. Its 45 euros to Airport and 120 euros to cruise port. Room is small, however, bathroom surprising large. Fellow travelers a mixture of 20's to 70's and several nationalities. Definitely stay again.

The hotel is completely renovated and the rooms are functional. Breakfast is excellent and considers special diets very carefully, probably obvious in Sweden, but nice anyway. Very recommendable if you do not need too many extras.

We booked Adrian hotel because of its location and the reviews were fairly good. The location is perfect, everything is pretty much on your doorstep even the Acropolis is only a 10 min walk (go to the side entrance) We booked a double with a view of the acropolis and got room 307, it was tiny, dirty and falling apart, we had heavy rain one night and water came through a hole in the wall covered with carbide, we decided it was still ok and didn't complain, but then we had COCKROACHES in the room!!!! No way... I went to reception and sunshine followed me up and then ran out of the room and said wait, he then called us from reception because he was too scared to come back into the room. We had to pack up everything, take it all down to reception so he could hand us our new keys and go back to the second floor (why not just come give us our keys..) we were told we could only stay there one night and then had to come down before breakfast to switch rooms again for the final night! Not a single apology I would rather pay a bit more for a hotel that's better taken care of
