KIN Athens

The property was fabulous. The area was a little dirty and grungy but the location was central to visiting the sites and we found some great little authentic restaurants.

Lovely renovated apartment, really well located to major tourist spots and public transport. Helpful friendly staff. In an interesting, authentic part of town. Great cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

Kin Athens was a pleasant place to stay with great customer service. The room was large and had all the supplies of an apartment (fridge, plates, stove, sink, microwave). Location was good. Customer service was top notch. Thanks a lot Stratos for everything!!!

This is not a hotel. It is an apartment. This may be good for local people or business people who speak Greek. Not good for tourist or women traveling alone. The area is far from the attractions center. I didn’t feel safe to walk at night to get back to the hotel. There was a weird noise and I couldn’t sleep thinking that some one was braking into the apartment. The elevator door was broken and didn’t close. I had to get some one from the street to help me getting my luggage down. The manager was very kind and the apartment was beautiful and very clean. However, there is no one at the lobby.

It was a large apartment with a separate living area/kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. We loved having a king-sized bed and the bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. The location was good for walking - about 10 minutes from the touristy Plaka area. The host met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. He provided a bottle of water and each day they replenished the coffee for the coffee maker in the room. A small laundry room was available in the common area of the hall. The only real complaint was that it was quite noisy. There were skateboarders that were skating every night until almost 10pm and since we go to bed early that was disruptive. Also we were there for Orthodox Easter and there were fireworks late at night. The only other small negative is that the shower is completely open on one side and so water sprays all over the bathroom. Fortunately it seemed to be low humidity so it would dry in a few hours.

Exceptionally clean, spacious 2 bed apartment. Well equipped kitchen, modern styling with nice touches, smart TV, nespresso machine. Housekeeping very attentive. Location is great, near to Metro and a pleasant walk into Plaka.

Very helpful staff, responded quickly to my inquiries. Rooms were lovely and great for walking and exploring the central part of Athens

Very cosy and comfortable apartment with a well quipped kitchen. Very well air-conditioned. Excellent communication with the manager. Good loction right in the city center. Stylish design. Highly recommendable aparthotel worth its price. We will be back!

Stratos does an excellent job of managing the Kin Athens and is responsive to any needs. We enjoyed our stay.
