Good location in the centre of Athens. Perfect service by the team.

Location of hotel is good as it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the centre. However I have to say other than the room which was good, everything else wasn’t great. We booked on last minute the website says 4 stars however on google it says 3stars we didn’t see that until we were already there which made sense after seeing it. Staff were really unbothered when spoken to, hotel also says spa is available however no one told us where it is located weather we are able to use it no information given.., breakfast was not good we got really bad stomach aches after eating the first day we decided to not have it again during our stay. There are no signs for do not disturb and cleaning needed 2 days into our stay without asking or saying anything they just went into the room to give towels while all our belongings are laying around.. definitely has potential but needs a lot of changes and more attention to detail, staff need to be a bit more bothered about their job and not give so much attitude seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all.

It is a really good hotel. Very clean and friendly. It is situated in the middle of Athens. So you can walk around without taxi. Breakfast is amazing and tasty. Strongly advise! The only one con is the noise. It is on the street with heavy traffic

Amazing. The location of the hotel is ideal and I would say everything is within a good walking distance. A lot of good food places nearby (recommend trying the pizza place). Hotel staff were amazing , check-in time may differ as we had to wait a little extra for our room to be ready but this was not an issue and hotel staff were able to accommodate us and we were told the minibar fridge was free :) The hotel is very safe and secure. The technology used to access the buildings and rooms are state of the art. This blew my mind away! Every single staff member smiled at us and the cleaners were very helpful and our room would be spotless after going out and coming back.

Great Location, great Price and very comfortable. walking distance to the Acropolis and restaurants. Lovely staff who are very helpful and welcoming. They took my luggage up, and showed me into the room, and when I left really early for airport takeaway crossaints!!! Easy access, via keypad, great coffee machine, comfortable bed, clean, everything works well! and wonderful Breakfast in dining room included. Really Good Value. Very enjoyable stay.

The property is located in Central Athens which is a great location overall. The person at reception was friendly and helpful, however, the reception is unmanned from 1am to 8am. The room was above a busy road which has traffic 24/7 and it was extremely noisy. I hardly slept the entire night.

We stayed here so my husband could attend the marathon and it was near the stadium for the finish. The hotel is new, clean and tidy. Cleaners came in Sunday and freshened bed and towels. Outside of the suites are deceiving. Overall everything you need and a comfortable bed. Trams run down to the harbour around 40-50mins, you can get an open tour bus 10 mins from the hotel head across the road and to the right will take you to a busy square for food and shops.

The hotel has better customer service than most American hotels. We had a slight issue during check in however the Manager took time to fix the issue and discuss it with us as well. The front desk staff is always super friendly and polite. They even gave some great food recommendations. Great view of the Acropolis from our room. Be sure to go there!

This is a beautiful, clean, and modern property. Everything is very up to date. Bathrooms are super clean and disinfected before our stay. The hot tub and sauna are wonderful and also look very new. If I had to describe this place in 3 words it would be clean, modern, and wonderful. Really no complaints! Reception is also very helpful and nice with everything.
