We had a very bad experience at another hotel and decided to rather move to this hotel. We were lucky to be able to get a room. The service is 10 stars out of 5! There was no parking available in their garage, but the receptionist quickly helped us get a parking in the street and could also recommend another garage. The room was perfect and also had a fan. The reason I gave a four star is because our room was on a noisy street, but it was doable. It is about 10 minutes walk to the hub of town. There are however some restaurants close by. The breakfast was plated with some cold meats and cheese. (The plated may be due to COVID). There was some yoghurt etc.

Diese Unterkunft hat sehr gemütliche Zimmer mit einer wohnlichen Atmosphäre, sehr bequeme Betten und eine Auswahl an Spezial-Polstern ("Polster-Bar"). Der herzliche Empfang an der Rezeption, die Berücksichtigung von Sonderwünschen und die persönlichen Tipps für die Stadtbesichtigung haben das Wohlfühlen abgerundet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Die Lage ist erstklassig - absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Bell'hotel non distante dal centro, bella stanza comoda con bagno davvero grande..garage fronte hotel a pagamento giornaliero. 4 stelle perchè l'accoglienza non è stata delle più gentili....da migliorare!Il prezzo della colazione un pò alto rispetto a quanto offerto .

Face à la maison de Léopold Mozart, proche de la cathédrale, à 7' à pied de la place centrale. Hôtel complètement rénové dans le style traditionnel. Chambres et salles de bains agréables et bien équipées, minibar, Wifi ok, carte pour choisir son type d'oreiller. Double vitrage efficace, calme, ventilateur au plafond, s'il fait chaud. Petit déjeuner OK, le parking est limité et doit être réservé, certaines places ont une prise à recharge lente disponible. Si votre allemand n'est pas top, une des personnes de la réception parle très bien français. Accueil attentif et agréable.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht im Hotel und sind begeistert! Saubere Zimmer, schönes Bad, total ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Supernettes Personal, tolles Frühstück für faire 13 Euro. Die Garage ist mit 8,50 Euro pro Nacht sehr günstig. Das Mozarthaus ist schräg gegenüber und der Dom wenige Schritte entfernt, so konnten wir noch ein wenig auf Erkundungs Tour gehen. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Hotels Team, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis zu 100 %.

Wir haben den Augsburger Hof ausgewählt als Zwischenstopp vom Gardasee nach Köln, um die restlichen Kilometer ausgeruht angehen zu können.
Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss.
Wir haben noch nie so geschwitzt wie in dieser Nacht und waren entsprechend gerädert am anderen Morgen.
Am meisten hat uns aber die Antwort der Chefin geärgert, die meinte bei dem Preis für die Übernachtung kann man keine Klimaanlage erwarten.
Wir finden es unverschämt ein solches Zimmer anzubieten, da auch in unseren Regionen zunehmend mit hohen Temperaturen zu rechnen ist.
Ausserdem war die ganze Nacht ein nicht unerheblicher Lärm von der benachbarten Bar zu hören.
Das Haus und auch das Frühstückspersonal waren topp.
Schade. Wir werden dort nicht mehr übernachten
