"Niestety, nie można wybaczyć 0 lub minus gwiazd, już 1 gwiazda jest zbyt wiele. Niestety nie zaleca. To jest bałagan już w podwórku, a następnie idzie do pokoju. Zarezerwowany był pokój z Własną łazienką. W toalecie był ścieżka łopatka, łańcuch wodny walnie, nie ma papieru toaletowego. W salonie pachnie, stół jest brudny Na krzesłach w pokoju lepiej nie umieścić. Klingel na recepcji nie idzie, na telefon i komórkę nikt nie idzie. Po kontaktu z hotelem przez e-mail, ktoś w końcu reaguje i jest to rzekomo nieporozumienie, pieniądze są zwracane, teraz nagle mówi o stronie rezerwacji nie mógł uzyskać porozumienia. Absolutna sprawiedliwość, która płaci podwójnie, za jakość, która nie jest nawet połowa wartości. Jeszcze nie uzgodniono i nie odpowiedziano już 😡😡😡"

"helpful kind staff and hotel well positioned near train station, not far from the old city. the room was very dark with walls mostly painted black. the bed was comfortable and clean but overall the carpet was very dirty. the hotel accepts dogs and this being the case, the rugs and decor should be changed more regularly to control smells and stains in the rugs and carpet. the worse thing was actually the smell from the bathroom which was a heavy stench of sewer. no air conditioning so we had to have the window open to remove smells. not a comfortable nor restful stay."

"Good Location; very nice with the pool, sauna etc. but the service could be way better. Staff doesn’t even speak German that well. Reception isn’t there 24/7. Room is very tiny, no AC, can’t close the window all the way. But all in all still an acceptable Hotel to stay in."

"We moved into apartment number 8 from September 13th to 16th. First of all: the positive thing is the location in a beautiful artists' alley, which is why it gets 1 star! And that's about it for the positives! Unloading and loading is very difficult in the alley because there are no short-term parking spaces and there are a lot of pedestrians in the alley. The apartment is an absolute disgrace. It doesn't just need a quick, superficial basic cleaning, but a thorough, complete cleaning! That's not acceptable... cobwebs on the bed in the corner with spiders included... cobwebs on the refrigerator door... disgusting. Dust is a big deal here! Furniture that is in more than need of repair. A side table that falls over just by looking at it. The bathroom is very narrow. The walk-in shower has a partition made of anchors. There is no coffee machine, just a special Nespresso machine. But this is not mentioned! No response to complaints from the contact person, who can only be reached by email or telephone. No reception on site, zero customer service. No value is placed on guests returning. The worst thing then comes when we leave. The room was supposed to be available by 10 a.m., but at 9.40 a.m., after we had picked up the car, we couldn't get into the room to get our luggage!!! The key card no longer worked. The hotline couldn't help! We were lucky that the cleaning staff were there and let us back into the apartment. Otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get our luggage. This accommodation is an absolute joke. Never again!"
