The pillows on the bed was dirty!!! The tub was nasty...I had to go the store and purchase cleaning supplies....I saw a couple of roaches....the smell was bad....luckily we only stayed here one night....

I chose to pay when I arrived at the property. Despite my guaranteed room they had given the room away and said I had to pay the property directly, not through **********. Of course no help was offered. I have never heard of this before. The Masters Inn is not worthy of being a member of **********.

I was there for the Masters golf tournament - they called me a few days prior to confirm my booking and took my credit card info to prepay for the rooms - after checkout I get a no show fee of $336 that no one will assist with when I have the charges showing I paid in full

Very much appreciated the kind staff and efficient checkin checkout process. They allowed us to leave our car on property while we enjoyed the day even after checkout. Super helpful.

The unique thing about the property is the roaches that are in the room. I went to iron a pair of pants for a meeting I have this morning and I'm nowhere I started ironing over roaches. Ruined the pants.
