"The place was DISGUSTING! The towels/linens/floors everything was dirty. The walls are thin as I heard the couple in the next room arguing as well as making up ALL NIGHT!The bathroom door appeared to be falling apart. I stayed here only because my husband was in a worked related accident and was admitted to the Burn Center at Doctors Hospital and it was close by and I had gone 26 hrs with no sleep. If I had more time to look for a place I would have."

"The hotel's surroundings are a bit secluded, so I wouldn't recommend walking too far at night. However, the hotel's location is excellent, with river views, and the art museum directly opposite the main entrance is definitely worth a visit. The hotel lobby and elevators have a classic, traditional feel, while the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are modern and very clean. The front desk staff I encountered were all lovely. The food and beverage options on the first floor are quite good, and while the gym might have a slight odor due to recent renovations, the facilities are excellent. Overall, highly recommended!"

"we will never come to this this hotel again.. the guy in the kitchen is very rude.. we left there on Sunday an we couldn't even eat breakfast the food was horrible. coffee was old and when i told him he was very rude never again but i will say the room was very clean."
