Everything starting from welcome at the train station and up to the last minutes in the hotel were amazing, staff friendly, food gorgeous, SPA and therms relaxing, room huge and with best views on the mountains, atmosphere pleasant and nice. It was a short but very memorable and pleasant stay thanks to two wonderful persons working for this property. They are Marina Oshchepkova representing Medical center of the resort (she took so great care of me) and Gian Andrea Guidon - Director of Sales. Both are highly professional and only thanks to them I can call my stay perfect. From the very bottom of my heart I am saying THANK YOU!
