A great experience to start with Park Hyatt Changbaishan prior to winter season. The room was delicates and They keep replenishing water and keep you hydrated. Many thanks for Charles who communicated and arrange shuttle, share tips here for us before the journey, due to language barrier, we were really concerned about it, the check in service of Linda was very considered. She provided us the activity package and we have been enjoy it for those day. Winni was kind enough to meet our needs. But the facilities was old so it needs lots of maintenance works on it. Last but not the least. Thank you all for the hospitality service and make our journey feel like home

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

It was a great experience to stay at Jinhua Hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk, Bao Jing, was very considerate. She had a perfect smile and answered all our questions. She gave us a view of the Wanda Ski Resort from the window on the high floor and also gave us skin care products for après skiing. There are also fruits to eat, which is great ~ Jinhua is only a 2-minute walk from the ski resort and the pedestrian street is also close. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious😊 It's a very good experience. If you plan to come to Wanda, I highly recommend Jinhua Hua Resort Hotel~praise Miss Bao Jing again~

So if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick. Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner) The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that. In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that. The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too. The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot. There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road. I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk. And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much. I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

I arrived at Changbai Mountain at 6 pm. When I arrived at the hotel, the waiter warmly received me. I saw that I had brought 2 children and was a member. I directly upgraded me to a parent-child suite. The picture of the room is exactly the same as the display, spacious and clean. The hot springs are from 1 pm to 8:30 pm, and the 3rd floor is the net red hot spring and the infinity pool. Very popular. There is no tiring day. Breakfast is a buffet from 7 am to 9:30 am, with a variety of varieties and suitable for all tastes. If you eat at the hotel's Chinese restaurant is also large and expensive, you can give priority to it. If you want to go to other places to eat, go out to the road and pass 10 meters left and turn right. There is a good day restaurant that is also large and expensive, very delicious, you really can not order takeaway. Isn't it beautiful to have a hot spring and have a drink on such a good night?

Just stayed in Westin changbai for a few nights. it's my first time to visit changbai mountain and almost my first time to the Northeast part of china. no idea how to plan the trip to tianchi and other tourist attraction places, and no idea how to arrange the local restaurants etc felt so blessed that Westin staff guide me so much! say taxi, say local food with discount. I even can call them for help when we were in the mountain! especially I would give thanks to **铭and 许悦!

we are a foreign family travels for 2 days in this hotel. this is very nice hotel with Lucia’s great & kind service for us. we really appreciate this hotel’s living condition and would love to live in here next time when we come to travel again. 我们是一家外籍家庭，2天度假期间在本酒店入住。酒店前台Lucia为我们提供了优质友好的服务，我们非常喜欢这家酒店的住宿。下次来旅行时，我们仍倾向于选择这家酒店入住。

The service is very good. The front desk is very nice and considerate. They will provide tourist attractions and routes, which solved a lot of my problems. The hotel is really close to Changbai Mountain. I had a great time after the snow. I was upgraded to an executive room for free and got a free gift. Fruit plate and breakfast are free, and each bowl of food is huge (maybe I'm from the south so I can't finish it all?) The waiters in the restaurant are also very kind and smiling. The dishes are all freshly cooked and you can eat them. The floor heating is very comfortable. Children in the south have never experienced it, so they are quite envious. All in all, the service is very personal and great. (The flashing light in the video is a problem with my phone)

The room is not big, the heating is sufficient, and there is a humidifier. You can see Changbai Mountain from every room. The weather has been very good during the past few days. The Chinese food at Man Restaurant tastes very good. In-house guests can get a 20% discount. The variety of breakfast dishes is not large, but it basically has what you need. I stayed for four nights and the breakfast varieties changed every day. The juices are all freshly squeezed. . The cocktails at Moonlight Bar on the 5th floor are also good~ Service: I have to praise the service! The service provided by the ladies and brothers at the front desk and restaurant is so good. If the children like Changbai Mountain Cultural and Creative Ice Cream, they will give it to them for free! I also received ginseng slices and dried blueberries as souvenirs upon check-out. The mini bar is also free, with beer and chocolate, and the birch juice is delicious! Facilities: There is a shuttle bus in the park, MGallery has additional business shuttle buses, and airport shuttles are also free. Luneng's ski resort is really suitable for novices. There are few people and the slopes are gentle. After 2 hours of one-on-one instruction from the instructor, you can push the slope with the back edge. Next year, you can learn to change the edge and ride on the ski resort! By the way, the snow slide is super fun!

The hotel is better than expected. There is a large bathtub in the room for hot spring bath. It is also very convenient to go directly to the hot spring hall on the first floor. On the first night of my stay, the heater was too hot and the room temperature was close to 30 degrees! I asked the front desk and was told that I could only open the window to cool down. The heating temperature was obviously suitable on the second night. Could it be a problem with the hotel's equipment adjustment? What needs to be criticized is that in the hot spring lobby, there are staff members who directly put on their shoes and step on the jade floor heating area where guests lie down and rest, which is outrageous.
