Check in/out hassle free; it is advisable to book a lagoon room (the rooms on the street side are very ugly and not worth the money); very nicely decorated; Minibar/fridge, good beds, dining table, desk and TV with many channels (2 remote controls, therefore extremely difficult to use); beautiful balcony, fine ambience (actually with lots of orchids); Have mosquito repellent ready (e.g. if you are sitting on the balcony); the pool is just great; generous opening hours; Restaurant: really delicious breakfast, with very good bacon, eggs, brownies; nice restaurant right by the pool; Room service: very well prepared dishes, flawless & good; the hotel is quiet although centrally located; no street noise. It could be a little cheaper, but the quality is 100%. It seems less sterile than, for example, the new One Euphoria. If you don't need a pool, the penthouse (right nearby) is even better suited (there are even more elegant rooms). The location, just under a 5 minute walk to Walking Street, is fantastic. Dealing with the staff was uncomplicated. You can have a wonderful vacation here for a few days and look forward to the delicious breakfast in the morning. Due to the western orientation, there are fewer Koreans among the guests here than Europeans and US Americans, but there are already more than enough hotels with an Asian orientation (which leave mountains of rice in front of your nose early in the morning) anyway. Overall, I would give the Wild Orchid a rating of ”very good”. The room cleaning service is also very good. Wifi worked perfectly. It is very suitable for families as well as couples and singles. I would like to come back.

This hotel isn’t for families. This hotel is in the middle of a bar district. Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The food at the rooftop is lacking. The only issue I had was the first day because I didn’t have hot water to take a shower. The staff resolved the issue the same day.

My experience at the Queens hotel had a very rocky start. #1. When I had checked in, I was given a room where the room wasn't made yet. No towels and no bedding. Called the front desk and they sent housekeeping to fix the problem but it's still an inconvenient 45 minute wait to shower. #2. The mattress was hard and lumpy. Maybe got 30 minutes of sleep the whole night. In the morning, I asked the front desk if any other room was available and if I could switch? They informed me no other rooms available but they will provide a foam mattress for me. Fortunately, this solved the problem and I was able to sleep the rest of the stay. Kudos to the front desk staff for their outstanding customer service to keep me there because I was already looking online for other hotels in the area to switch to. Location is great. Pool is relaxing. Highly recommend getting the balcony rooms to lounge in, but bring your noise canceling headphone because noise from the street and pool area could be distracting. Heard great things about the restaurant but I only had breakfast there -- wasn't very impressed with their limited menu. Not the friendliest staff in the restaurant either. I also wanted to substitute rice for hash brown but was told it would cost an additional 100 peso. Wow? Really? Just for rice? For breakfast, walk over to Phillies or Envy. Customer service and menu is much better. Overall, good hotel. Reason why I don't give them a 5* is the rough start upon check-in and restaurant. .

This was my first time making a reservation on agora or *********** and things turned out rather nicely. I made the reservation for my girlfriend and I to do something different. I went the day prior to ensure things were ok and everything was good to go. Check in the next day was to begin at 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:35 and my room wasn’t ready until about 4:50…that is the only complaint I have. Charmaine and the other young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous, with a great sense of humor. I stayed in Room 508 and have no complaints about the room. Check out was flawless…I would definitely book this hotel again!

Had booked 3 nights via Agoda for €39. I received room# 107. This is a room with double bed, led cable TV, safe, ac, WiFi, balcony. And breakfast every morning, either in front or in your room. What I didn't like was: location ac, hangs just above bed. No refrigerator in the room & the many insects in the room. (musks, mugs, etc.) Whatever wake me night, were the other guests who throw with doors and make noise at the corridor. The staff is friendly and friendly. Location is less, between Main gate & Friendship.

Prism hotel has got to be one of the most colorful hotels I’ve ever been to. Went there with 3 friends and we booked a suite with 2 queen beds. The room was big, the bathroom was sooooo nice and well-divided, there’s a little kitchen corner too. The area is surrounded with nearby food chains, bars, massage places, supermarkets, police station, etc. It is basically in the heart of Pampanga. Room was well-ventilated and lighted, pool was cozy but not heated ( water was so cold for me but still fine). Our booking came with free breakfast and was satisfying. Plus: Staff are all friendly and courteous, from the guards to the attendants. Tip: They offer cheaper pick-up and drop-off services as compared to public transpo in the area. You can pre-book transpo needs with them.

I enjoyed my stay at Pacific Breeze Hotel and would recommended this hotel to other travellers looking for medium priced accommodation. It is situated extremely close to the popular Walking Street where there are numerous bars and clubs. It’s close to restaurants and sports bars and if that’s what you are in Angeles for then you could not be closer. You are also a short walk to the massive SM City Clark Mall, which provides much entertainment and shopping opportunities for the locals and is certainly worth a visit or two. You can also catch the shuttle bus to Manila from the mall, which is very handy. I made use of the hotel gym every day, which is on the roof of the annexed building. It’s a pretty good gym with enough equipment to keep you busy for an hour. It was mostly quiet in there and the kit is in good shape considering the price bracket of the hotel. I also swam daily in the hotel pool and this is a good size and was cleaned each morning. Great restaurant with healthy sized portions, efficient service and reasonably priced food all served by the lovely pool. There are security guards on each block and they not only did a good job looking after the rooms but it was a pleasure to have a little chat with them each day, discuss what’s happening, get travel advice and shoot the breeze. When you leave the hotel you need to hand in your key. Shoot the breeze in Pacific Breeze Hotel! All round the staff were pretty friendly which is very much expected in a country known for its friendliness. The girls on the reception desk were very professional and handled all my inquiries effectively. The one feature that ought to be pointed out is the fact that many rooms do not have a window that faces outside. So my room for instance did have a window but it looks out into the corridor of the ground floor. Now this is odd really and in the future should I ever head back to Angeles City I would happily stay at this hotel again but would request a window facing the outside. I need sunlight, a view, a peek at the weather and having the curtain always drawn felt odd. But all round this is a great hotel. It has a certain energy and character about it that I suppose may be brought about by its location to walking street. One cannot ignore the fact that many guests may be in that area to enjoy the delights of Walking Street and all it has to offer. This does not put me off but adds to the entertainment and character of this hotel. I will stay again if I ever find myself back in the city.

A good place to stay for overnights or short trips. Rates are cheap & very affordable but exclusive of breakfast. Highly recommended to people wanting a quick, relaxing rest. Now features a swimming pool with a pool area that's great to just hangout with friends.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the ABC hotel in Angeles City, with some awesome experiences at an awesome hotel. The staff are very helpful and all made me feel most welcome. My room was a standard suite with a king bed: both the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with the king bed being both comfortable and huge. The décor might appear a bit decadent / extravagant, but I liked it. The room had everything I needed and housekeeping provided excellent service. I made full use of most of the amenities: restaurants (Vintage Hall and Spice Road), wellness centre (massage and pedicure) as well as the Aqua Sky Deck (very cool bar with swimming pool). I will always have fond memories of my stay at the ABC Hotel and In the words of Douglas MacArthur: I shall return.

Staff is very friendly and services are great. Pool is clean and prices are very reasonable. I have been staying at Orchid Inn several times a year since 2014 and highly recommend it. Rooms are a little bit on the older side but maintained.
