„I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are great, the bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was excellent. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was very well maintained. The only issue I faced was the presence of small cockroaches in the room. I believe this is something that can be solved , as everything else about my stay was truly enjoyable”

„I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.”

„It was a nice hotel except for the neighborhood. There are many nightclubs and bars close by and so it’s hard to sleep at night due to the loud music. But the staff are ready to help with carrying your luggages.”

„The hotel postcode took me to the rear of the hotel, bear in mind this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you cannot get into the hotel from there so I had to drive another 5 miles to get to the access road to the hotel. The hotel is ok but could do with a makeover and a bit more signage to get you to your room if you have been allocated a room in one of the other buildings in the hotel grounds.”

„My regular choice in Angeles. The old school hotel with spacious rooms and a great pool. The hotel restaurant serves good food. This time only the waitress disappointed by requesting to show her ID when paying the lunch bill by a bank card (and that from a hotel guest!!!): Visa and MC strictly prohibit merchants to demand ID from customers, but the Phils live in their own legal environment...”

„Rooms are fkn awesome. Like an apt. but.. like their 2ndt location ABC.. they lack a restaurant/ Pool... They are like 50 feet from walking street tho. Service is amazing like ABC as well... if u don't care about the pool and restaurant... Def book.. McDonald's is like 5 feet away as well lol”

„This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at Prime Asia Hotel and they are consistent - clean rooms and a comfortable place to stay indeed. You get your money’s worth. I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it.
