Hôtel is very Nice, front desk Manager was very good , we reservate room that normally on trip.com was with pool view but at the front desk they told us that it was normal room , but they upgrade us exceptionally ! Thank you . Tao

A really great overnight stay at Gate43! Situated about 1.5 miles from the Airport & 250BHAT in a taxi (£5ish) it was the perfect stay whilst we transitioned to the islands. The restaurant was open until 10pm so arriving at 9pm was no issue, food was tasty and more than adequate! Hotel itself was lovely, clean and perfect for what we needed. Staff very friendly and booked our 4am taxi back to the airport the next day. Would highly recommend for those needing to stay somewhere near the airport!

The hotel is in a very convenient location for those in overnight transit. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle service available at the hotel to the airport at a reduced price from the average taxi. The pool and gym are of a impressive size and gym is well equipped, I totally loved the 24 hrs restaurant as the menu had a huge variety of delicious food.

The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the beds are very soft, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is cool, the noise from the outside is very little, the bathroom is clean, the water flows strong, there are amenities. The receptionist is smiling, cute. Help as well There is a shuttle bus to the airport every day Monday to Saturday except Sunday. But there is a taxi service that is inexpensive. Breakfast is served enough to start the first meal of the day.

Excellent short-term stay. 10-20 min shuttle bus to and from airport. Professional helpful staff. I enjoyed the jazz duo music at the lobby lounge. 25 min taxi trip to MegaBangna. Shop till you drop. Peace away from hassles of Bangkok city. The Ma Spa is very good for relaxing after or before your flight. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to rest between long flights.

Its idyllic setting, exceptional amenities, and impeccable service create an environment that nurtures relaxation and well-being. Second time in this hotel. The first time I had a really bad experience and a big problem with our conditioning and I had to leave late at night for the nearby Méridien. I wanted to give it a second try . This time I had a great experience . Wonderful experience with airport shuttle . Check-in was nice. Apartment was very big , I had a two bedroom just for myself. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower. The master bedroom had a huge bathroom with a shower and a bath. I had a Jacuzzi on the balcony , however, the water was very slow so I could only fill half the tube because it was taking too long, but the view was gorgeous from there, and it was very quiet. This time the air-conditioning was working perfectly . There is also a kitchen area with coffee, machine and water boiler . And of course there is a living area. I have to say that this time I had a really good stay and that makes me willing to come back .

Close to the airport but far from the nightlife (30+ minutes in a taxi to a lot of the hotspots), the room was clean, quiet and very relaxing. The front desk staff speak great English and are very friendly and welcoming. I didn't have any issues whatsoever in terms of the room or facilities, the breakfast is 100 baht and buffet style. The breakfast (the times I opted) was okay but nothing amazing. I spent a lot of time working in the room and had zero issues with sound even though it's close to the airport and you can see/hear the planes taking off. The room was soundproofed well. The 9 nights I stayed there I had zero issues with staff or hotel facilities. There is a laundromat and 7-11 just around the corner from the hotel which is very convenient. 5/5 I would recommend for a person needing a quiet place to work, doesn't mind taking taxis for the nightlife or a good night's rest before a flight.

Adequate hotel, perfect for being so close to the airport and checking in early hours was perfect. Staff were friendly and approachable. No issues during my stay.

This is not my first review for Bangna Pride. I have often stayed here for work. The best hotels are always the ones with great management, who get things done quickly and know how to tolerate difficult customers like me, with a smile. Emmie and her staff always do their best no matter what, they will always help, quickly and effectively. They genuinely want you to have a great stay. My job has taken me to some of the world's best hotels over more than 30 years and Bangna Pride ranks amongst the best. On this trip I was stuck in Thailand because of Covid19 and travel restriction. I came for a few weeks and stayed for almost 5 months. I was completely safe and saw all the steps management took to ensure they were meeting the latest requirements. I made one suggestion for breakfast safety and it was implemented by the next morning. The rooms are big and comfortable, the food is very good and it's close to Mega Bangna Mall and there are good local and international restaurants (Italian, Japanese etc) in the area too but you may need a cab to get to them. Great place to stay.
