Our magical abode sits in the midst of a beautiful aspen & pine grove, with the relaxing hum of the creek and fresh air to soothe you.Soak under the stars in our 4 person hot tub! Cook meals with your loved ones in our fully stocked kitchen. Sleep in, take your time and absorb the restfulness.Only a few minutes drive to miles of Jeep trails. Hikes are endless, paved or cross country in the national forest lands (Arapaho, and Roosevelt). Property is located in the spring fed head waters of Clear Creek. It is always flowing, icy in winter, and amazing trout fishing in spring and summer. You are only 35 minutes to Eldora Ski Resort, without having to get on I-70. Blackhawk casinos are only 5 miles from the front door! Black hawk has adult fun with casino culture, great dining options, top-rated spas, and more. Our road is maintained and plowed during the winter season, but 4WD or AWD is recommended from November-May. Without it can turn into and adventure, so please be aware and well equipped to travel in the mountain winters during your visit, if traveling between November-May.This is a great place for the family to explore, or just find a place to sit and relax. 2 acres of yard, woods and trails, perfect for finding a place by the creek to sit and enjoy the fresh mountain air. We are friendly to smokers but ONLY outside. Be very careful with smoking, as our mountain neighborhood is highly susceptible to wildfire. Therefore we ask for no campfires on the property- please enjoy the pellet stove inside, but absolutely no outside burning. Do not drop smoking debris on the ground! We are pet friendly and charge a reasonable deposit for your 4 legged family to join you, but we request that guests must pick up after your pets poo. This is our Colorado passion project that we have been remodeling & updating over the recent years, and we do our best to make it a fabulous experience for our guests! Enjoy a pet-friendly environment and spacious accommodations designed for both relaxation and fun. The main floor has main family room and a half bathroom. The Master bedroom with a private bathroom comes with his and her sinks a full shower and an amazing bathtub. The second level comes with a full bathroom and two rooms equipped with two double beds. The lower level comes with a kitchenette and one room with a queen bed. Family room equipped with movies, books, and pack and play. your dream getaway awaits!home consists of a basement, main, and second level floors. There is entrance access on both the main floor and the basement level.The living area has a big screen tv with streaming access. We provide Peacock steaming free of charge. Although cell phone service is very limited due to the beautiful, mountainous landscape, we offer complimentary wifi via Starlink.Also, on the main floor, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, including cooking utensils, pots and pans, racks, mixing bowls, eating ware, a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking basics (oil, sugar, salt and pepper...). There is a laundry area just off of the kitchen with provided detergent, and a half bath for convenience.Finally, the main floor hosts our bedroom suite. In the suite, you will find ample room to lounge on the large, king-sized memory foam bed in front of the tv (Peacock provided) as you relax after a wonderful day in the mountains. The Jack and Jill bathroom has ample room for your necessities. Do you prefer a shower or a bath? This room provides you with a large walk in shower and a nice deep tub to enjoy! Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and wash clothes, as well as a hair dryer are all provided to make your stay more convenient!On the second floor, you will find two additional bedrooms. Each room contains one queen memory foam bed, and a closet with sliding mirror doors. There is one shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and the basic bathroom necessities are provided.On the basement level, there is garage entry access into the house. On this level you with find a sitting area with a big screen tv (Peacock is provided). The sofa may be pulled out into a double sized bed, perfect for children and teens! Sheets are provided for the sofa bed inside it's futon.You will also find a half kitchen, complete with a refrigerator and sink. There is one bedroom with a queen sized memory foam bed, a walk in closet, and a bathroom with a large walk in shower. Bathroom essentials are provided.Once you have settled in, take a step through the sliding glass doors of the main floor living area onto the large deck and admire the beauty of the Rocky Mountains! From this lookout point, you may be lucky enough to watch moose and elk as they graze in the field adjacent to the home! An amazing feature to watch as you relax in the hot tub!Finally, for your enjoyment, we do offer a selection of dvds and books to borrow. Also, a small foosball table is available in the second floor common area, a full sized ping pong table is located in the garage, and two disc sleds can be borrowed for some winter fun! We ask that you enjoy these extras, but please do not take them with you when you check out. Other amenities provided: pack n play, high chair, pet bowls and pet drying towels. HOUSE RULES• PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $75 per stay and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $200 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we’re able to accommodate an early check-in. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). We will do our best to clear the driveway of snow, if it snows overnight and you plan to leave early in the morning, we may not be able to clear it in time, so please plan for this contingency.• Absolutely NO SMOKING or vaping on the property. Inside or outside. If you smoke, please don’t book our place.• There is a FIRE BAN. No open fires!• No Pets• We are on a septic system. No feminine hygiene down toilets. $500 fine.• No glass in hot tub. $500 fine.• For security purposes, there is a motion active camera facing the driveway and a doorbell camera.• Per Gilpin County: Maximum 6-person occupancy.TRASH•There is large bear proof trash container in the garage. Please use the trash compactor in the kitchen to condense your trash as much as possible and place it in the garbage can in the garage.•Trash pickup is on Monday. Place the garbage bags in the trash container at any time during your stay and for sure at the end of your stay. The garbage bin will be taken to the end the driveway on Monday morning. Just leave it inside the garage.•There is no recycling in our neighborhood so all trash, including glass, carboard, aluminum, etc., must be placed in the large black bags and in the bear proof container.
