位置很好 ，就在內港 ，房間大 ，衞生間乾淨，設施好，居住舒適，大堂大，還有一個酒吧，就是客房走廊太長，靠裡麪的房間要走一會，推薦！

預訂的海景房，可以看到內港的舊帆船，離水族館很近，周邊吃的也很多，出行很方便。

View from room beautiful
Beds super comfy
Bathrooms were clean but shower needs to be descaled from hard water . It makes it look dirty . Close to everything I walked everywhere. I’d recommend and also stay again …

While overall, I enjoyed my stay, my booking experience was not good. When arriving, the desk clerk told me I had paid too much for my rooms, but he could not give me a better rate because I had booked by third-party. To make up for it somewhat. He said he could comp my parking, which when I checked out there was no parking charge on my bill. A few days later when looking at my charges I saw I had been charged for parking. When I called about it, the person said they would check into it and call me back in an hour. They never did so my $108 charge for parking remains not happy.

I stayed here for a NYE party. Though the facility was well kept, I was highly disappointed that they only had one person working check-in for a high volume event. The check in line was wrapped around the entire lobby back to the elevators. That was my only complaint. Everything else was great.

We had two rooms on same floor. My room had great views of city, other room good views of inner harbor. Parking onsite, was additional expense. Was disappointed in the wait to register, facility only had two persons checking us in. Staff was nice, room was excellent, clean. Bathroom was excellent, clean, large and unlimited hot water with great water pressure

It took over an hour to get checked in. Granted it was a holiday weekend, but more staff should have been on hand. The hotel itself was beautiful. Staff very professional. Check in was smooth, but waiting an hour in line was crazy. We will be back though.
