"I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!"

"The hotel's location is decent, very close to the Inner Harbour, within walking distance. However, it's right next to a main road, making the car noise at night unbearable. Furthermore, the soundproofing is poor, so those with sensitive sleep should consider this option. The room amenities are extremely basic. The showerhead has a very weak water flow, and it's a bathtub shower. There's no toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, or kettle."

"I choose this hotel for the location as it was convenient for my daughter’s prom send off. I loved the idea of taking memorable photos on the grand staircase in the lobby. I was later informed the use of the stairs was not allowed (for free). While this left a bad taste, It didn’t take away from the experience. The staff was professional and kind. The room was very clean; crisp clean sheets and nice soft fluffed pillows. I would absolutely stay here again without a doubt."
