Hotel, po zameldowaniu, wcale nie był tym, czego się spodziewaliśmy. Za cenę, którą zapłaciłem, spodziewałem się, że stan hotelu będzie znacznie ładniejszy. Drzwi do naszego pokoju ciągnęły ziemię tak bardzo, że niesamowicie trudno było wejść i wyjść, gniazdko w łazience nie działało, odpływ w wannie się nie zatykał, materac był mocno poplamiony, wszystkie meble były porysowane i do dokończyć, pracownicy kłócili się o obowiązki służbowe na korytarzu. Nigdy też nie przebywałem w miejscu, które miało garaż na miejscu, za który trzeba było dodatkowo płacić, co może być rzeczą regionalną, rozumiem, ale taniej było zaparkować gdzie indziej. Nigdy w życiu nie czułem się zmuszony do wystawienia recenzji czegokolwiek, ale byłem bardzo niezadowolony z tego, za co zapłaciłem, w porównaniu z tym, co dostałem.

The worst hotel experience ever, any where in the world. Horrible staff, rude, ill mannered, out right despicable. I left and will never return. I was verbally abused for up to 10 mins by 2 staff members. The abuse started with the Valet Parking staff who was insulting me for parking where another staff asked me to park earlier during check in. I was called all sort of names, most of the abuse took place at the front desk, where the staff refused to check me out when I decided not to stay at the hotel, she said she did not know how to do it and walked away. I had been up since 3am as my wife had surgery to remove a tumor in her brain at John Hopkins. All this took place close to midnight.

Hotel was nice,staff was pleasant and helpful. The only issue was housekeeping just opened the door and came in the room a day early talking about the room was checked out

My room card never worked for the elevator or my room. Every time I walked out of the hotel I had to have my room key reactivated. On the last occasion I was asked for my ID. I will never stay here again!

Everything was great except the bed was Uncomfortable and room was very small. The television was extremely small!

This hotel is perfectly located in walkable upscale Harbor East. The hotel itself is fine- however, the service is poor. We asked for housekeeping service and extra pillows (the bedding is subpar) twice and never received it. We also had difficulty connecting to Wi-Fi and called the front desk and they seemed inconvenienced by us.
