It was satisfying staycation for my family. Room was big enough. Decent spread during evening cocktail and breakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff at tower lounge. Kudos to them and keep up the good work guys👍

The location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

Old hotel but well maintained. Didn't book room with breakfast coz it's so close to Braga we prefer to enjoy walking for culinary along Braga street. Used to stay in Savoy when I was still a kid, more than 35 yrs ago.

Confiniance place.. the food appetizing and delicious. Well services.. best. The securty staff well manered and so the anchiliary services are so confertable and well fregarance. Big thaks to mala, rival and zul.. sooooo humble and lovely

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. I stay here for 2 nights with family. We booked condotel 2 rooms with bath tub at price around Rp.900k/night through OTA. (+) The hotel attached with Braga citywalk mall which nearly empty but its on great location at famous Braga Street. The staff service friendly, prompt and responsive. Hot shower superb. TV channel selectiona great, AC good function, rooms service (nasgor) superb at Rp.68k/portion include water bottle (-) However there's some point need to improve such as. In our room #1902, the toilet smells stinks everytime it's flush, happen since day 1. The wardrobe broken, microwave insides really dirty, ants everywhere and cleaning works need to go detail. Another thing to concern is the bath towel conditions was awful. Not stars hotel standard at all. (Pic attached). I suggest the room goes maintenance before back to sell and please provide only clean-white towel for almost 1 million room price. For this time being not recommend but will be back should the improvement done.

The hotel is not far from the exit of the stone plantation, and it's on the business road, a bit bumpy, the same way, but it's easy to find. To Transtudio Bandung is also not far away, just the cycle of the road is a bit tight because there are two columns in one direction, but leading the same direction. Hotel condition is good, service is ok, staff are friendly. The room is a bit narrow for the twin, the bathroom is also very small. But the room condition is clean, there is a power hose (coffee and tea), room slippers, and safe. Clear TV channel, many channels, cold AC, bathroom exhaust on continuously. The room wall is a bit dirty too. For food, they say in some good reviews, but they're average, the menu is less varied, the chicken roast, the chicken stew is adequate, for the buffet food is fast to run out and refill a bit long, there are also cookies, bread, nuts, omelet, waffle, cereal, and juice drinks. The pool was really small, and when there the water was very green, I don't know why, the staff said it was because it was hot in the sun (can't ya??). For children above 5th, breakfast is charged 80rb (but the children can eat a lot, huh??!! It's a shame if that's true, anyway, in the hotel policy on the application there is no such rules. Jd, I feel a little bit of being damaged too (my kid is newly 8th and doesn't eat much)). The second day I was still sitting there, the food was getting less varied, for bread, the first day there was butter, the second day there was only butter. So please fix the menu, the facilities are clean for the pool and the hotel policy must be listed for a clear explanation for the customers.

Impressed with the service staff at Mosaic Restaurant where I had the breakfast buffet, the clean up was quick and service came with smiles and quick response. I enjoyed the buffet spread of local cuisines, simple but done well, paired with thoughtful sauces. The Caesar salad was awesome, made on the spot with fresh vegetables in a cheese bowl. We stayed at the Executive room with access to the lounge. A great experience, rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff at check-in were knowledgeable and professional - a special nod to Satria who went above the call of duty to make sure our stay at Crowne was superb!
