This my first time stayed here due to other hotel was full. Unfortunately, it was not a bad hotel. The room is spacious with a good staffs services. They greet me in room corridor and lobby. Just a few suggestion compare to hotel i used to stay are : - the breakfast menu should be more variety. I order american breakfast. The quality of the item was low. The bread is like a rock, the sausage was small and not a sausage for 4* hotel. - the room's wall should be repainting since i saw many kids writing on it. - more lights in front of the main gate, it is too dark, i thought it was a office building. The hotel has good and nice plants, should add more lights. I am sure if this hotel give a small touch in main gate, people will interest to try visit and stay. Your gate is too dark and not eye catch. That are few suggestion to management of Grand Aquila Bandung. You also have an excellent staffs who willing to do an extra mile. Such as a woman in Reception willing to send my luggage to room. Her uniform was different from other staff more firm, she is the manager i guess. Im not sure her position. Im sure she did that due to i informed that my luggage still in lobby and i need something immediately for my baby. Also a man with housekeeping uniform deliver my breakfast to room. I realize you are minimize staff since it is a covid pandemi. I really understand with the situation. However, thank you and will visit your hotel next visit to Bandung.

The location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. Terima kasih banyak and till next year.

Prices are relatively cheap on weekends for the location and facilities provided. The breakfast menu is quite varied but can still be improved in terms of quality and taste. This location is suitable for those who choose to access the nearest to Punclut area or away from the city crowd. Wood Hotel is one building with Apartment Parahyangan Residence and unfortunately Wood Hotel is only on the LG floor (of all floors in this location). I get the price via Agoda Rp. 1 (Saturday-Sat). Next, Check in at 2 p.m. The reception location is on the right of the main gate near the reception of Pangrango building. Surprised because it turned out to be asked for deposit 1, prepare before check in ya friends. We'll be given 1 Access Card (for access to the elevator and the room, ask for another one to access the elevator while the card is still in the room), 1 Free Parking Ticket (registered when exit parking, Free access to in and out parking until check out date), and 1 Check Deposit (exchange back at check out). After completing my check-in, I was directly delivered to the room by the receptionist, the service was simple but a plus. Wood Hotel room is only on the LG floor (under G/Receptionist floor), no view at all, lack of room description information provided, very disappointed with this. For the hygiene in the hallway, the bedroom and the bathroom are quite clean. All well-appointed. Amenities have 2 toothbrushes, soap, shower cap, 2 hotel spoons. Standard for a hotel for this price. Unfortunately the shower in the bathroom is less often the water flow. The facilities above standard, there is a small refrigerator and water heater (plus coffee and tea), works well, satisfying. Another facility is AC (cold, even too cold), Desk + Curry, 2 Clothes Hangers. No shortcomings. The shortcoming of Wood Hotel is the location of the room on the LG floor, if explained at the beginning, the reservation was not disappointed. Because when you look at the pictures on the internet, the booking would imagine Wood Hotel had a room with a beautiful view, apparently no view at all. Since I visited this hotel on Ramadan, I didn't have time to see the pool and breakfast at this hotel. Overall, this hotel is quite suitable for the price offered. For those who do not want a view of the city of Bangla, away from the city and looking for affordable prices, this hotel can be an option.
