這次入住體驗特別滿意，尤其要誇誇酒店前台服務。工作人員態度熱情親切，辦理入住高效快捷，全程耐心細緻，主動介紹酒店設施和周邊出行訊息，有疑問也都及時解答，讓人感覺很貼心。大廳環境整潔明亮，整體氛圍温馨舒適，從進門開始就感受到專業又温暖的服務。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適，休息得很好。酒店位置便利，出行方便，性價比很高。整體服務周到細緻，住得舒心又放心，強烈推薦，下次出行還會首選這家！

My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

Close to bus stops going to the attraction location. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Night market across the street, approximately 3 mins from the cross walk.

重点提一下设施方面的问题： No.1, the air conditioner all around the room was not cooling well all the time. It’s hard to fall asleep with no sweats at the middle of night. No.2, the projector has a bad function in use. It’s totally hard to get connected with your phone or any other smart devices, which means you just have to watch limited programs, not free to choose whatever you want. No.3, the toilet was not crashing well. Be a little concerned about doing a poopoo. 遗憾是没来得及拍照，总之体验不怎么美好就对了，谨慎

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

第一次住白玉蘭酒店，意外驚喜。地理位置特別好，離核心景點都是步行可到，周邊各種餐飲、大MALL、便利店，極為便利；門前就是一個大停車場，對自駕遊非常友好。服務也值得點贊，進門有熱茶，頂級品質悄然無聲的奧的斯電梯，寬敞的房間，還有退房時超級實用的伴手禮。以後外出旅遊會優先選擇白玉蘭酒店。

因為堵車很晚才到保定 下高速兩公里就酒店了 對於過路的人來説很方便 辦理入住速度很快 房間裏配了很多水 茶飲很不錯 床墊軟硬適中睡得很舒服 熱水很好 浴室裏有掛衣繩很方便 停車在地下停車場

This hotel is a single-family hotel. First of all, the transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop next to the door to go directly to the company. There are also small restaurants and night markets nearby, and there is a big shopping mall. It is very convenient to eat. When you come in, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic. I gave iced mineral water. There are also candies for free, because I personally like quiet, the hotel is also very intimate to help me arrange a quiet room without the elevator, but also specially upgraded the room for me, as soon as I entered the house, there is a window, the room is quite big, there is a separate bathroom, the sheets are also very clean, There is no water. The room sister is also very enthusiastic to stuff me several bottles. I can cook noodles on the spot for breakfast. The dumplings are very fragrant. In general, it is a good stay experience. I will choose this one next time I come here for a business trip. Haha

The Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store! The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️ The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜 There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent. The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws. The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere. I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟

Environment: Nice, great atmosphere, free popcorn, kids loved the Transformers theme. The projector and sound system were good. Service: The staff were very friendly. The older gentleman helped us find a parking space and carried our luggage. The customer service was also very helpful and even gave us a 40% off coupon for milk tea. Location: Convenient, there's a food street behind it, only a 10-minute drive from the East Railway Station and a 20-minute drive from West Street.
