The environment was very comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful view whwre you can see some of the sea of clouds. They give you disposable coverings for you to put on top of the fresh pillow bedding and mattress for extra hygiene which is a nice touch I haven't seen before. Bathroom is very clean, though there are only two toilets and two showers and two sinks, so do note that for busy season, but it wasn't an issue at all during my stay. They provided breakfast too, fresh milk the boss heated for me when I got up, and red sugar glutinous rice cakes wrapped in banana leaves (babas), and it was fun to get ready for the day with new friends on the balcony overlooking the village. I think the environment is very good for meeting new friends and other solo travelers- I arrived at the hostel randomly at the same time as three other girls, and we explored Manghong togetjer on the boss's recommendations for itinerary and sightseeing. And the next day the boss dropped us off at a tea roasting experience, and just as we were heading to Nuogan another girl from the hostel finished her tea roasting session, so we all went to Nuogan togetjer to play. The boss even helped load my luggage onto the shuttle bus so that it could pick me up at a sightseeing spot further down the mountain!

Exceeded all my expectations of a boutique homestay with only six rooms . Ultra luxury linens and beddings , ,Panasonic view of sea clouds at the confer of your bath tub , tasteful contemporary chinese interiors , and to top it all , run by a simple humble couple who goes to ends to make your stay a comfortable one . When you stay for 3 nights or more , they cook up a storm of local delicacies for your dinner , on top of daily breakfast! Do be prepared breakfasts are local style . Bit there’s a great cafe nearby service Arabica yunna beans and it’s become one of my fave ! Def great value for money !

Review: Eterna Venue Hotel (Liu Shi) - A Tea Mountain Retreat As a self-proclaimed “well-travelled” individual, I never expected Jingmai Mountain to take my breath away again—but it truly did. The journey here is a testament to Yunnan’s untouched beauty, with rolling emerald tea fields, ancient forests, and villages where ethnic tribes have lived for generations. We decided to stay at Eterna Venue Hotel (Liu Shi) instead of the many BnBs on the mountain, having often found those overpriced and lacking in cleanliness. What a pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made it feel like home. Many of the team members come from nearby tea-farming communities, and their passion for the land was palpable. They didn’t just serve tea—they shared stories of the heritage behind it, offering insights into the different tea varieties and local traditions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality linens. I loved waking up to the sound of roosters and the first rays of sunshine streaming through the window. If you’re like me and prefer to leave the window open at night, the fresh mountain air is the perfect way to start your day. For breakfast, don’t miss the fresh rice noodles and seafood congee—so flavorful! The fruit selection was also fresh and changed daily. A pleasant surprise was finding Cha Ling (a premium LVMH brand) as the hotel’s amenity. Made with tea extract, it added a luxurious touch to my stay. One of my favorite experiences was the traditional tea baking session, Wei Lu Kao Cha. We gathered around a carbon stove, sipped Pu’er tea, ate locally harvested fruit and nuts, and learned to bake our own tea leaves under the guidance of tea masters. The staff’s pride in their cultural heritage shone through in every interaction, making what could have been a simple stay feel like an immersive cultural journey. For anyone looking to experience the authentic soul of Yunnan’s tea mountains, Eterna Venue Hotel offers more than just a place to stay—it provides a meaningful connection to this beautiful region.

基本面都非常不錯，當地服務員，年輕隨性，態度好能滿足各種要求。酒店處在刁角位置，碰到天氣好可以在酒店賴床，早上晨霧形成天然窗簾，可以看霧到12點，，，酒店配套接送上下山服務，山下寨子裏吃吃當地菜，轉轉寨子，聽民族和聲小調，巴適得很。在這邊待個2晚是最舒服的，遇到滿天繁星，真是絕絕子。。。唯一遺憾進出山路長，彎道多，不是充足時間不太建議到這邊。

首先 我們開車路過這裏 説實話真的很美 特別安靜 我們很喜歡這樣的環境 於是訂了一個別墅房型 真的是又大又好 視野還特別開闊 其次 我們白天的時候參加了拓印和非遺手工的製作 很有意思 孩子們也很喜歡 都是自己親手製作的比較有意義 晚上酒店又安排我們進行了夜探活動 學到了很多的昆蟲知識 小哥哥講解的也很好 孩子們很喜歡他 很有耐心 第二天帶我們開電瓶車車遊覽了植物園 很大很美 還餵了小鹿和羊駝 最主要還o距離接觸了很多爬寵動物 最後很感謝我們入住期間小鄧的熱情服務 還有餐廳那邊一個姐姐的熱情服務 孩子們玩的很開心 我們大人也玩的很開心 感謝

帶着家人一起入住這家酒店，真的體驗感拉滿！一站式解決了家庭出行的所有需求，大人孩子都特別滿意，強烈推薦給家庭出遊的朋友！提前和酒店溝通了家庭入住的需求，到店後工作人員主動幫忙提行李，辦理入住全程貼心引導，還詳細講解了各項免費服務的細節，看到帶着孩子，還特意推薦了適合孩子的遊玩區域，特別暖心。 入住的房間空間特別寬敞，一家人住完全不擁擠，傢俱都是圓角設計，不用擔心孩子磕碰，細節方面考慮得特別周到。房間的衞生狀況無可挑剔，床單被罩乾淨無污漬，衞浴間的洗漱台、馬桶、淋浴間都清潔得徹底，用着特別放心。床品柔軟舒適，孩子晚上睡得特別香，房間的隔音效果也很好，完全不會被外界打擾，停車也很方便，酒店有專屬免費停車場，特別省心。 酒店的免費餐真的太適合家庭出行了，早餐種類豐富，有孩子愛吃的牛奶、包子饅頭、蒸蛋、新鮮水果，食材新鮮又健康；午餐的菜品葷素搭配合理，口味清淡，長者和孩子都愛吃，分量也很足，不用額外花錢出去找餐館，既方便又實惠。 休閑設施方面，免費泳池大人孩子都能玩，泳池水質清澈，水温適宜，還有專門的小童淺水區，配套的救生圈都免費提供，孩子玩得特別開心；健身區器材齊全，大人可以在樓上鍛鍊，一舉兩得。還有免費洗衣房，對於帶孩子出行的家庭來説太實用了，孩子的衣服容易臟，洗衣機和烘乾機隨洗隨幹，洗衣液、柔順劑也免費提供，徹底解決了換洗衣物的麻煩！ 整個入住過程，每一個環節都能感受到酒店的用心和誠意，且品質在線，硬件設施完善，服務貼心周到。不管是大人還是孩子，都度過了一段特別舒適的時光，下次家庭出行一定會再次選擇這家酒店，真心推薦給所有帶家人、孩子出遊的朋友！

Out of expectation!! Jingmai mountain is not yet well developed as a tourist destination (which makes it more original and peaceful too). So I didn’t expect anything like Xiangongjia - the hotel is well furnished and designed with professional hotel management. The local owner is very friendly too and organised the fire dance on our first night. The restaurant in the hotel is incredible too - tasty and clean - a level I had never expected just in my hotel and not even in this less developed tourist destination - so we spend 2 nights here - so continent when it is less dangerous drive during night time in mountain area. The manager also helped me to prepare a bday cake for my friend and made tea for us. And thanks for sharing your and this hotel’s story. If you have the budget, this is definitely your best choice.

A highly recommended hotel in Pu’er. Centrally well located with friendly staff always eager to help. Hotel not only provided free transport for pick ups at airport/ train station, but also free delivery on departure. The hotel staff also surprised us with a birthday cake and celebrated the birthday of one of our travelling companions. Free fruit basket daily in room and tea available at lobby. Great breakfast too. Will recommend for travellers to Pu’er.

It is a budget hotel. We booked last minute as no other hotels were available on a short notice. The location is good. In the evening the warm water supply was cut without prior notice due to outside circumstances which was very inconvenient. On a positive note we should point out that the housekeeping guy tried his best to accommodate us. Breakfast is limited to first come first eat so you hav to be early

The hotel staff were very pleasant and welcoming, helped me with my bags and made sure I'm comfortable. The room was well equipped and designed in a good taste, shower was clean and modern with hot water. I enjoyed my stay
