1.前台服務態度差，不專業，無服務意識，回覆問題不耐煩，當客人的外賣機器人送不到的時候不會自己搭電梯送一下。
2.部分服務人員無服務意識，與服務人員同乘電梯，服務人員會先一步出去，且29號的清潔阿姨服務態度差、懶惰，陰陽怪氣。
3.早餐性價比低，標註價格88元，實際價值18都不值。
