It will be a long review for this hotel. Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape. Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough. It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas. Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana. Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account. Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available. They have several meeting rooms & ballroom. Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.

Best hotel in the area for solo and couple travellers. Would not recommend it for family with young children as they are gear toward adult.

Hotel was fantastic. The room was great and the breakfast selection was great! Highly recommended.

Overall it's okay, but there's still a bit of a gap compared to domestic counterparts in the same price range.

booking dg request kamar smooking tapi mas resepsionis bilang smoking room habis, sampe kamar ternyata pintu macet gabisa dibuka. perlu perbaikan tim engineering dulu, request move room infonya adanya hanya kamar connecting. okelah nunggu buat diperbaiki, setelah selesai semua masuk kamar ternyata sabun dikamar mandi habis ngga di refil. udah kesekian kalinya kesini tapi waktu periode inap saat itu aja yg sangat mengecewakan. awal awal biasa aja.

The bed was very exquisite, with a moderately soft and hard mattress, matched with high-quality sheets and pillows, so that I could enjoy a good sleep every night. The facilities in the room are all available, from HD TV to high-speed wireless network to convenient safes, which reflect the hotel's careful consideration. Particularly worth mentioning is the design of the bathroom, which is not only clean and tidy, but also uses the space properly, so it will not feel depressing even if used for a long time. The toilet, shower equipment and sink are all very well maintained and very smooth to use. In addition, the room is equipped with an electric kettle and coffee machine, so that I can enjoy a cup of hot drink at any time, adding a bit of warmth to the journey.

This Grand Valore hotel/ service apartments is a well run operation with a staff that is professional and accommodating. I have stayed here many times during my back and forth itravels in Indonesia. The breakfast is ample and there is a neighboring Holiday Inn connected Next door if you want a change in menu. Two nice malls are 10-15 minutes away with money change establishments. ATMs are seconds away. The rates are extremely reasonable, the pool is great and the gym is adequate. From a business traveler who has stayed at a lot of hotels. This is a smart choice. One more thing the beds are comfortable and no rugs in the room makes it clean with no odors.
