I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Airport Jakarta, and I’d love to share my experience. Special thanks to Mas A Gree from the restaurant team for his extra care and warm hospitality. He is very kind, friendly, and always checked on me and my husband every morning during breakfast—offering new dishes and making sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing too! Also, thank you to Mba Caca, as well as Mas Ryo, Surya, and nindi for their great service. Not to forget the warm and polite shuttle driver, Bapak Priyanto Julian, who was very helpful. And thank you to Mas Vincent/Joshua for taking care of my many pieces of luggage, hehe. Overall, it was such a pleasant and welcoming experience. I will definitely come back to Sheraton Airport Jakarta again!

We were pleasantly surprised again and again with them. First the airport pickup, Mr Rahman Hakim was very helpful with our luggages and communicated with us about where to meet up. The check in process was smooth with friendly front desk staff. We loved the simple yet very functional luggage storage, clean rooms, and comfy beds. Hot shower with good water pressure and quality toiletries are provided. They also have a small but well equipped gym and swimming pool (which we didn’t have time to use). The buffet breakfast was quite a spread, consisting of fruits, breads, rice, noodles, cereals, etc. They also have a coffee machine for americano and espresso, and some local tea and “jamu” drinks. We must mention that the staff there were very helpful despite most of them not being able to converse in English. My wife saw the noodle soup counter being set up and asked how can we assemble our own bakso. The staff there couldn’t understand but smiled, and few minutes later served us a hot bowl of bakso, which looked and tasted better than if we assembled it ourselves! What this hotel provided has exceeded our expectations! Would definitely stay there again. Having said all that, there are some minor things which we think can be improved: 1. The spa. We enjoyed the massage very much, but we felt some information can be revised to avoid misunderstanding: There is a Body Scrub Massage package for 200,000, but after asking the staff they said it’s just scrub with some stretching, no massage included. 2. Cafeteria. The rice porridge and soup were cold. Probably the soup warmer wasn’t working or was not turned on

Menginap disini selalu jadi tujuan favorit aku dan suami sejak 2015, selalu suka sama lokasinya yg ga terlalu jauh dari kota, suasananya tenang, ada pepohonan, fasilitas oke utk hotel sekelasnya, udah gitu harganya terjangkau, dan yang paling disukai ada bathtub nya ! ☺️ Selalu kesini buat healing tipis-tipis dan budget friendly, btw nasi goreng Narita nya enak ! ini sy pesen pas malemnya, trus sarapannya juga lengkap, mantap deh pokoknya Semoga kualitasnya ga menurun yaa Narita Hotel 👍🏼

Centrum Wellness D’primahotel Airport Jakarta Terminal 3 to wygodny i praktyczny wybór dla podróżnych przesiadających się lub z wczesnymi lotami, położony tuż przy Terminalu 3 lotniska Soekarno-Hatta. Pokoje są czyste i nowoczesne, ale dość kompaktowe, bez okien i z ograniczoną przestrzenią na duży bagaż. Personel jest przyjazny i pomocny, a centrum wellness oferuje przyjemne miejsce na relaks przed lub po locie. Chociaż lokalizacja jest bezkonkurencyjna pod względem dostępu do lotniska, niektórzy goście zgłaszają drobne niedogodności, takie jak hałas z korytarza, stała klimatyzacja i małe łazienki. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jest to świetna opcja na krótkie pobyty i odpoczynek między lotami, oferująca komfort i wydajność, a nie luksus.

The staff were all friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Cons: There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead. However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall.

Had a good sleep at this hotel. It's not fancy but it's a reasonable option if you have an overnight layover in CGK T2. T3 has at least 3 other hotels at different price levels so you would find a newer hotel over there if your departing flight is from T3. The hotel is located inside the T2 terminal near the skytrain station. If you need to get to another terminal the next morning, you should budget an additional 30 minutes for the trip. Food choices in T2 are much less than in T3 but there are a few outlets that open 24 hours, so, as long as you are not choosy, you won't go hungry (we had A&W and it was lousy). This hotel starts serving breakfast at 3 am. Breakfast is not fancy but adequate, with salad, fruit, the usual buffet of rice and pasta, a few complements, bread, coffee, etc. You might need help with heavy luggage to bring them up & down the ramps at a couple of staircases. There is a BIG smoking room near the reception. A peculiar thing with this hotel is that the rooms are spread along long corridors on both sides of the reception. If your room number is 1, it'll mean a ＞200m walk from the reception.

Location: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel. Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower. - No room slipper provided. - No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor. - No facial tissue available in the room. Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises. Room isn't bright enough for working.
