My wife and I travel often and this is a genuinely beautiful hotel. We went during off season so we were one of the few guests there making it incredibly peaceful. The hotel decor is lovely and the room and amenities are top quality. Sara helped us constantly with restaurant recommendations and to accommodate a self check in since we were driving and had no clear arrival time. Really lovely hotel would recommend. The pictures show the little balcony that overlooks a lovely street. Sunset at the bottom of the street a short walk away and the mountain top view from Eric’s which is a 22 min drive by car or you can take a cable car - the drive is not for the faint hearted!

the service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to help us when we couldn't get to the hotel due to the street blocks all over the city. However, the hotel itself is somewhat worn and tiring. The bed feels cheap. The location is great and right by the beach though.

Ładny hotel z pięknymi pokojami, barem na dachu i małym basenem. Przyjazny personel. W okolicy hotelu mnóstwo restauracji. Trapani nie jest takie zachwycające.

We chose to stay in the glamping tent. Everything was great although minor inconveniences such as the lack of electric points and shower which doesn't flow very well but it's meant to be glamping so I can overlook that. Service staff was excellent and very helpful. I am overall happy with the place and had the opportunity to stay in this lovely place

Unfortunately, I never made it to the property due to an issue with my car. The room was booked in advance, but when I contacted the host asking to move my reservation to the next day, they refused. I also couldn’t cancel or get a refund, so I ended up losing over €100 for nothing. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the circumstances were beyond my control.

Cena nie była adekwatna do standardu. Zatrzymałem się w malutkim pokoju z jednym oknem, którego nie mogłem nawet otworzyć po przyjeździe, bo sprzątaczki paliły pod moim oknem. W pokoju unosił się zapach chemikaliów, a klimatyzacja wydzielała stęchły zapach. Pokój znajdował się w dziwnej części miasta, skąd do stacji było jakieś 20 minut spacerem (jeśli się śpieszysz). Zatrzymałem się w hostelu, który miał więcej do zaoferowania.

I have to give them 5* despite the shortfalls because of the views, the awesome staff and the proximity to the beach. This is a beach resort with direct access to the sea, with nicely designed common spaces, a well stocked bar and a good restaurant. My room was tiny. Little storage space, small bathroom with poor amenities, but it is modern, there is a safe deposit box, I had a large comfortable bed as requested and pleasant views over the sea and the city in the distance. Breakfast was good and so was dinner. Depending on the month, I am not sure it justifies the high price, but I didn't see any better in Trapani.

Disappointing Experience 🫣 I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani. First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes. As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant. The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room. To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention. In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience.
