We celebrated our wedding anniversary there, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it truly special. We were welcomed into a beautifully prepared room adorned with fresh flowers, a bottle of fine wine, and delicious snacks – an incredibly thoughtful surprise that made us feel genuinely valued. The service throughout our stay was impeccable – warm, professional, and consistently attentive. Every detail, from the ambiance to the personalized touches, reflected a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. Solaire QC has set a new gold standard in luxury hospitality for us. Stayed for 2D1N at this hotel, and we feel lucky to have found it for our mom’s 68th birthday. The hotel’s design is a beautiful blend of modern industrial and Filipino elements—very aesthetic! We booked two superior rooms: one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. Water is conveniently accessible in the hallway, and the Wi-Fi is fast! We also appreciated that each floor requires a keycard to access the hallways, adding a sense of security and privacy, especially since some floors are shared with function rooms. The pool was spacious and not too deep, which worked well even without a dedicated kiddie pool. We also loved the floors! From the rooms to the carpeted hallways and the outdoor areas, our one-year-old enjoyed toddling around safely since the surfaces weren’t slippery. The breakfast? Superb. Compared to other hotels we’ve tried in Quezon City, this one offered a wider variety with really flavorful options. I even got to enjoy taho for the first time at a hotel—such a nice touch! We also appreciated that they have their own coffee shop onsite. And lastly, the staff were amazing—warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Even those who seemed new were well-trained and professional. Overall, we were very satisfied. My husband and I already agreed—we’ll definitely book here again later this year! P.S. If you're planning to book, a couple of things to keep in mind: The main entrance involves a flight of stairs, so if you’re coming with someone who has mobility needs, just take note. There may be an elevator from the basement parking, but best to check ahead. Since the hotel leans toward a modern industrial style, some fixtures and furniture have sharp edges. If you’re bringing a toddler, just keep an extra eye out.

We truly loved our stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights of our experience was how accommodating and approachable the staff were throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome greeting prepared in our room, complete with roses and a handwritten birthday note. This small but meaningful gesture really made our stay extra special and showed how much the staff values their guests, which we genuinely appreciated. Since we were traveling as a family, it was also wonderful that the hotel was able to arrange the first two rooms as connecting rooms for us. This made our stay much more convenient and comfortable, especially when traveling with family members. The rooms themselves were very clean, well maintained, and relaxing, which made it easy to feel at home during our stay. The hotel also has a swimming pool that guests can enjoy, which is a great added amenity. While we understand there is a reminder that there is no lifeguard on duty, we do hope that in the future they might consider having one available for added security, or at least someone who regularly checks on guests using the pool, just to ensure everyone’s safety. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here. The combination of excellent service, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere made our experience truly memorable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel, as both the staff and the place itself are simply amazing.

The perfect holiday getaway! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their genuine kindness. If you’re a foodie, the buffet is a must! so many delicious choices! The best part? You’re just steps away from all the best malls. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and great service.

Aircon in the room was excessively cold. Thermostat doesn’t work. Had to turn off the aircon a few times through the night as it got stuffy and had to turn on again. Ended up catching the chills and fell sick through my meeting day.   Sound proofing was very bad, the traffic noise and constant hooks made the room noisy. Won’t be staying here again

We booked the Deluxe room for 2 nights in a hurry as our flight got cancelled. We got kids so we decided to stay somewhere where the amenities are something that we can enjoy, our kids loved the well-maintained pool, the mini playground and even though we're not able to try the sauna and gym due to time constraints, we are amazed by how clean the hotel is..the location is great especially and judging by our stay, the price and quality of the stay we had there was worth it! The receptionist, the pool staff ESPECIALLY the lobby and parking guard was so HELPFUL!! Our car battery got drained, they went extra mile helping me to jumpstart the car. He radioed for help and 6 men came down from their team and even took a service pick up van to help us out. I am sad because I was trying to give something back to them but they just took off and did not accept the cash. But I want to express my gratitude towards the great staff of this hotel. We will never forget the great experience and humanity you showed us today.

The room I initially chose was the superior room, seeing that the photos were quite pleasing so I went ahead and made a reservation. But the moment I got to the hotel, the room they gave me was very different from the photos I saw. There were no black out curtains, only blinds and it did not block out the light coming from outside. Also, this hotel is located along the main road and railway so it was quite noisy, hearing the cars passing and the train sounds I couldn’t sleep for the first two nights and I requested a room transfer. They gave me the said room transfer which was located at a higher floor. The noise was significantly reduced and I was able to sleep properly for the duration of my stay. I would give the hotel a 4/5 as it was not so bad. The staff were accomodating and the service was quite satisfactory. Only the location and the noise is the downfall of this establishment.

The room was spacious and the beds were very clean and comfortable. The location is away from most of the busy area so we really rested well after a long trip with typhoon tailing us…there’s a 7-11 nearby and other restaurants about 20 minutes away. Quite far really. Their breakfast is plated with very limited options . For the price you pay here, you’re already getting buffet in other hotels. Not complaining, just stating facts from experience. As the pictures show, they have hotel slippers that were way too small for my husband 😅. The lobby area is quite spacious while waiting for us to get checked in. They were so considerate and allowed us to check in early.
