MMagdalena LillaAbsolutely loved our stay!! This is now our go-to hotel in Flagstaff! It is new, modern and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Suitable for short and longer stays. Equipped with plates, cups, even a few cooking utensils, such as can opener, whisk, spatula, a small sink and even a small dishwasher. Location is great, and even if the highway is right there, the room was quiet. Large window to a superb view. The grounds around the hotel are lovely. Lots of benches, play area. There's 24 hr free coffee and tea in the lounge area, with plenty of couches 8and comfy seats and tables. The breakfast is abundant and varied. High chairs for babies are available too. Pool, gym, games are available. Parking is not free, but the fee was very reasonable and didn't mind paying at all. It is also quite secure, as there are cameras all around. I highly recommend this hotel. Pay a little extra and you get a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

GGośćThis is a beautiful resort located in the middle of the canyon. It's a little bit far from the town, however, you get really connected with nature. I had a room facing the canyon, it's beautiful like you are living solo with nature. The sunlight is great, the rooms are clean and cozy. It does need some maintenance as it gets old over time, however, they are very comfortable to stay in. The best thing I love is the energy in the house and around. Stuff are super nice there and easy to work with.

DDonnaYCGreat location, the resort is close to many trails and shops. However, Hyatt globalist gets no special treatment here. We stayed in a studio room that has a sofa bed, and also has a kitchenette which was great longer stays. We took a 90min tour of the property when they tried to sell us the time share which ended up being over 2 hours even though we didn’t buy it.

GGośćVery convenient, tlaquepaque just next to hotel so you can just walk to it. Everything was very clean, staff was polite and nice. I highly recommend it, I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the rest of the ammenities it has to offer. Restaurants around the hotel, coffee spots and shopping areas.

GGośćI did not know that the entire hotel was pet-friendly or I would not have stayed there due to my allergies. It was not clearly posted online. I did not know there was a $150 hotel deposit when I arrived. I had already paid the room before I got there. The location was a bit overwhelming as the hotel is behind a gas station, bar, and fast food drive through. The hotel was partially under construction and part of the parking lot was closed. This made it challenging for customers to find parking. The room itself was clean, new and spacious. I did not know breakfast was not included even though there was coffee in the lobby.

GGośćRoom decor, kitchen white goods and bathroom taps in need of some revamp, but the layout of the 2 bedroom suite is great for a family with 2 children and grandmother. Convenient with sofa beds and a large enough size kitchen.

GGośćThe location of the hotel is quite good with nice views and Whole Foods nearby. I met with the aircon issue and maintenance mgr helped to change a room quickly. Although it was smaller but problem solved promptly.Streams are out of work and cannot be fixed due to holidays.
