"We needed a room due to weather conditions and being from out of the area. We were attending my daughter's wedding and had to make some very last minute changes which included my dog. The Hampton Inn was very accommodating. The location was perfect, the food and staff at the Hamptons in Barrie were exceptional and the accommodation was perfect. I suffer from PTSD and having my dear dog with me has helped immensely when staying at a hotel. I was very thankful that I was able to have her there. The staff and other guests loved her as she is a very sociable girl. Thank you for helping me with my last minute dilemma. I must commend all of your staff especially the lady who works preparing for the breakfast rush and doing double duty cleaning rooms. I am sorry I did not get her name. Thank you for a wonder stay. "Parking was easy, the staff was friendly, and the meals did not deviate from the basics. There are no users at the fitness center and the indoor swimming pool is empty so it cannot be used."
