Sundays are usually busy at the beach and the area. Air conditioned, 32" smart tv, wifi, kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, queen size bed, dining area, water heater, surf racks, outdoor shower, private gazebo with 2 hammocks, 1 chair hammock, swing, bench, bar with stools and lounge chairs with its table. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. We clean the studio using expensive cleaning checklists. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.There are 2 vacation rentals apartments on the property. Each apartment with independent entrance, and each has its own private gazebo. The property was designed with privacy in mind. Two sets of double glass doors open out from the bedroom onto a large ocean facing balcony that is also accessed via the living room. Most popular is our shaded 20x30' backyard terrace area next to the large flamboyan tree.
