Ok wszystko na wysokimi poziomie. Nie polecam restauracji, ceny z najwyższej półki nie korelują z jedzeniem.

Mieliśmy cudowny pobyt w Fairmont. Poinformowaliśmy hotel z wyprzedzeniem, że przyjeżdżamy na urodziny mojego męża. Hotel ulepszył nasz pokój i zaskoczył go słodką kartką i ciastem. Personel był bardzo przyjazny i większość mówiła po angielsku.

We had a lovely stay. It is exactly what you would expect from a Fairmont. I just wish there was more restaurants around the hotel area.

The service really shone through this trip. It was warm and friendly. They upgraded our room, and the room was wonderful. The massage chair was phenomenal, and we spent a lot of time in it. We also went to the spa, which was absolutely fabulous. I loved the attention to detail and the clean mellow environment. The pool was 20 meters and had a jacuzzi, we both loved it. Happy hour had a good variety of drinks, and the coffee was good. The food was delicious. The bed was comfortable. The design is elegant and refined. It was definitely value for money. We loved our stay here, and definitely will come back.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Customer service contact me before my arrival to share a lot of useful info. Also they offer to upgrade my room and extend my checkout time until 5pm. A very good stay and will come again

I’m not much of a reviewer and only leave comments when my experience way exceeds my expectations. The Fairmont Beijing deserves every praise. We were treated fabulously, a mix between old friends and VIP guests. Every request was given their utmost attention and nothing was ever too much trouble. We are very blessed to have been looked after once again by the wonderful staff at the Fairmont.
