Ładny hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Byłem w Pekinie przez 3 dni z rodziną. Pokoje mogłyby być większe lub z łóżkami dla dzieci. Dostaliśmy również pokój bez okien. Ponieważ chodziliśmy cały dzień, nie stanowiło to problemu, ale mogłoby być problemem dla innych osób. W pokoju dobrze byłoby mieć lodówkę i inne drzwi do łazienki. Śniadanie jest bardzo dobre w europejskim stylu. Obsługa w recepcji nie mówi po angielsku, ale jest gotowa pomóc i zrobić to, co jest potrzebne.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dostępna ze wszystkich miejsc. W odległości spaceru od ambasady, restauracji, miejsc turystycznych, takich jak zoo. Personel jest bardzo pomocny, przyjazny i pomocny. Pokój jest niesamowity, sprzątali mój pokój codziennie przez cały pobyt. Jestem bardzo zadowolony.

Śniadanie jest tak głośne na zewnątrz mojego pokoju. Obudziłam się o 6:30 rano. Tuż obok pokoi na drugim piętrze. Przeniosłem się do innego hotelu na nocleg. Tak straszne. Nie zatrzymuj się tutaj.

Shower was a bit gross, gave me the ick everytime i look down on the ground.
No robot service for food delivery like the other Atour hotels.
Room is a bit small but its fine, unfortunately it does not have a fridge which is really odd and inconvenient.
Self laundry room is fine but small, only 2 washer and 1 dryer, vs the other Atour hotels we stayed had 6 of each. The washer was also a little gross, needs cleaning.

completely disappointed, very old hotel, the rooms are small, avoid the second floor, and the staff is terrible, they asked me to change hotel because I complained about the room without a window

The hygiene of the room need to improve, have stayed 5 days, and after two day my body skin got rash issue.

I booked 2 rooms from 12/30 to 1/3.
One of the rooms had a terrible leak in the bathroom, I request to change the room, they didn’t had a room available at the same day, asked me to go back to the reception on the next day, once they told me they had a room available the room were smaller of the one that I was in, and I refused to change the room, they said they could put me in the same size room but in another floor, I booked two rooms at the same floor to stay close to my parents room, because they are in the age of 60+.
The cleanliness of the room is extremely poor, everything super super dirty, all the walls of the room were damaged so the floor, very different from what is showing on the photos on the website. The price of the hotel isn’t cheap, so it needs to have a better standard specially on the cleaning of the rooms!
The reception smelled like very dirty toilet all the time.
