Good hotel, clean nice and they let us check in an hour early no issues at all. The staff spoke no English but were very helpful and nice and we had no trouble communicating. The hotel is easy to find and a short walk (6min) from Beijingxi which is the main appeal. Only negatives, the team did not respond to our message via Trip.com. Had a leak in our room by the window when it rained but that was minor and didn't inconvenience us at all.

Had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing. The room was clean, comfortable, and the service was exceptional throughout. Special thanks to Kris and the amazing concierge team for going the extra mile to assist me — your help truly made my trip smoother. Appreciate the warm hospitality! Will definitely return.

W pobliżu znajduje się wiele restauracji halal (qingzhen), ponieważ jest to dzielnica muzułmańska, a do sklepów z przekąskami zawsze są długie kolejki. W pobliżu znajduje się Jubaoyuan, bardzo popularny hotpot. Jest też supermarket halal. Tuż przed hotelem znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, z którego można wsiąść w autobus linii 48 jadący w przeciwną stronę do Qianmen, aby dojechać do placu Tiananmen lub do dowolnego innego przystanku w pobliżu tej stacji, np. Wangfujing. Sklepy w pobliżu są czynne około 8/9. Dlatego bardzo pomocne, jeśli szukasz spokoju, dobrego snu i mniej nocnych rozrywek. Has a great view along with great services. Made a replacement of any item within 5mins upon calling the front desk. Came back to see additional water, which we requested before leaving in the morning. Great Service.

An absolutely amazing experience! I've stayed in countless hotels in Beijing, big and small, and The Atrium Hotel is the only one that truly impressed me! From the moment you walk in, you can tell the staff are incredibly well-trained. It's the kind of high-end service you see in dramas, and you experience it right here. Every front desk attendant is so warm and welcoming, always smiling. They offer tea upon arrival and a series of greetings, making you feel right at home. The front desk staff are also incredibly knowledgeable about the surrounding area, helping with all sorts of questions, which is really thoughtful. You always see them busy and professional, which is impressive. 👍👍👍 The hotel's style is undeniably unique, one-of-a-kind. It has a touch of that luxury hotel vibe, not that I couldn't afford one, but The Atrium offers so much more value for money. I kept hearing other guests recommend it to their friends while passing through the hotel. All in all, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back. The hotel is new, beautiful, and absolutely worth every penny!!!!!!

We booked a Premier Suite but were pleasantly upgraded to an even larger, more spacious suite with a brilliant view of the city—a fantastic start to our stay! The front desk staff were welcoming, efficient, and made check-in seamless. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The fitness facilities were modern, clean, and well-equipped—a big plus for travelers who like to stay active. The breakfast and dinner options were good. A truly enjoyable stay with excellent service, comfort, and amenities. The upgrade was a lovely surprise, and we’d happily return!
