Amazing stay - I was here for 7 days, the desk staff were incredibly helpful and even assisted in helping me buy a sports ticket. The location is extremely close to a metro station, as well as a stunning park as well as some convenience stores. My room and facilities were all satisfactory, and I would definitely consider staying here again for a Shanghai visit.

Service is very good, she helps me to check in early than 2 pm and help me very much, but some of the rooms ,the bathroom’s wall is a mirror and can see through, it s just only appropriate for a couple .

Hotel jest oddalony o 10 minut spacerem od linii metra 4. Jest to nowy hotel, więc pokoje są czyste. Izolacja akustyczna jest dobra. Recepcjoniści są uprzejmi i przyjaźni, a pralnia jest bezpłatna. Obok hotelu znajdują się 4 lokalne restauracje, a po drugiej stronie ulicy znajduje się cichy plac budowy. Sygnał Wi-Fi jest silny. Gorąco polecam hotel. Nie jestem pewien, czy rozumieją angielski.

If you mind about cleanliness you should book other hotels. The room is smell bad and a lot of dust. I have to clean it myself (use 2 packs of wet wipes) The location is ok and front desk staffs are nice.

The location is great! Supermarkets, wet markets, and restaurants are all nearby. It's a great option if you'd like to experience a traditional Shanghai lifestyle. There's no receptionist based in the homestay. You will need to contact the owner yourself because they won't reach out to you proactively. But the good thing is the owner is very friendly and helpful. Always replied almost instantly. There's no room service, so if you plan to stay for more than 2 nights, it might not be a good option. You're expected to recycle your own garbage, otherwise you'll be fined. The TV is an internet TV which relies on wifi. However, the wifi was constantly unstable. There was still some urine in the toilet bowl when we checked in. The urine might have been there for a while because it was molded. Perhaps because of it, the toilet had an unpleasant smell for a while. Each room has its own private toilet. But the toilet is not accessible through the bedroom. You'll need to walk out of your bedroom with a key, which is super inconvenient. And as such, the heater in the bedroom can't reach the bathroom, so the bathroom can be quite cold. It doesn't help when the bathroom's window doesn't latch properly and often opens by itself at stronger wind. But need to keep in mind that the price is rather cheap. You get what you pay for. I'd definitely recommend this place if it's for a 1-2 nights' stay.

After 2 months in China accros multiple hotels, it was definitely my favorite !! The room was really spacious, clean and the intelligent room features were really convenient. The staff was also very helpful and professional ! Finally this is one of the best location in Shanghai, the metro is literally 10m from the hotel and People Square is super close.

Hotel is basic standard and good value. Unfortunately there was smell of cigarette smoke in the room even though I booked a non-smoking room.

典型的小旅社，節假日價格不止翻一翻，下樓馬路對面就有不少飯店，吃的方便，交通出行就要到四平路走一截，唯一讓我意外的就是衞生，看得出來開了不少年了，但地面乾淨，房間沒異味，老闆夫妻倆親自打掃，是用心的人。
