Pokój nie jest duży, ale doskonale wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzebujesz. Czyste sprzątanie, bardzo przyjazny dla podróżnych pokój, uwielbiam uniwersalną wtyczkę i przełącznik przy łóżku! Bezpłatny minibar w pokoju i przekąski w środku nocy w lobby. Śniadanie jest głównie w stylu chińskim — bogate w węglowodany i mało różnorodne. Absolutnie uwielbiam samoobsługową bezpłatną pralnię i suszarkę w lobby! Personel jest tak miły i zrobił wszystko, aby ci pomóc! Są dość responsywni i można się z nimi skontaktować przez WeChat! Jedyną wadą jest to, że w pokoju czuć zapach papierosów, co uważam za dość powszechne w kontynentalnych Chinach.

This hotel standard room that I had booked and stayed in is very tidy and clean including the main lobby. Large bottle of shampoo and body wash are free to use in the washroom. And a designer disposable slippers is somewhat intriguing to bring home. Their free disposable items given to guest is a little generous as compared to other 3* hotel. The female duty receptionist was helpful to Baidu GPS ICBC bank for me to withdrawn cash. The restaurant offered only breakfast by voucher or by ala cart ordering. One strange thing about this trip.com hotel booking is my debit card had got to be pre-authorised paid to secure a room before bank refunding after checked-in. Thanks to COTO where I met with my eligible business partner for a mutual agreeable discussion.

To miły hotel. Pokój jest czysty, a łóżko wygodne. Śniadanie jest pyszne. Dotarliśmy na lotnisko w ciągu 30 minut w niedzielę. Stacja metra znajduje się po drugiej stronie ulicy od hotelu, ale bądźcie przygotowani na kilka podjazdów do centrum miasta, np. na plac Tian’anmen. Ulica Dongzhimen z wieloma restauracjami znajduje się zaledwie krótką przejażdżkę taksówką. Polecamy hotel Atour S (Dongzhimen)

Bardzo ładny hotel. Personel był bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy, chociaż zaproponowano mu ulepszenie, podobnie jak wielu innych recenzentów, których widziałem (ale nie było to negatywne). Basen jest bardzo mały i panuje w nim trochę bałaganu, jest otwarty dla społeczności, a szatnia jest nieco zniszczona i było zbyt tłoczno, aby cieszyć się nią przez cały mój pobyt. Pokoje są bardzo ładne i czyste, a hol i pomieszczenia ogólnodostępne są bardzo ładne. Dużym plusem jest całodobowa obsługa pokoju. Układ holu na 3. piętrze bez bezpośredniego dostępu windą na 1. piętro jest denerwujący. Wszystkie dostawy muszą zostać zrealizowane na 1. piętrze, co wymaga przejścia przez hol na 3. piętrze i skorzystania z innej windy lub dwóch schodów ruchomych, aby je odebrać.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave me a free room upgrade. However, the location is really a pain. It's on a one-way street, so ride-sharing cars can't stop there, and it's not close to the subway station. The main issue was the bath towels shed terribly, leaving white fluff all over me. The upgraded room faced a restaurant in the back. If you don't open the window, it's stuffy, but if you do, there's a strong cooking smell. Plus, it was very noisy every morning around midnight for all three days I stayed. If any of these points bother you, I'd advise choosing another place.

酒店位於三環內，靠近國展、地鐵站及主要景點，交通便利，周邊生活設施齊全，包括超市、餐館和便利店，適合旅遊，房間隔音效果不好。房間乾淨整潔，設施較新，無異味，床品舒適。前台服務態度可，客人對工作人員的態度普遍表示認可，部分客人提到服務細節在北京的高消費環境下，該酒店價格合理，房間條件超出預期，是性價比較高。

Our stay at the Fanli Hotel was absolutely fantastic and great value for money. I especially want to commend the staff for their patience and attentive service throughout our visit. Our high-speed train wasn't leaving until later, and when we asked if we could check out half an hour late, the hotel readily agreed, which was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. Check-in was also seamless. Seeing that we had a child with us, they proactively asked if we needed any children's amenities. When we requested extra items, a robot delivered them to our room incredibly quickly. They even thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions. The service truly had a personal touch and felt very heartwarming. The room was also spotlessly clean, making us feel very comfortable bringing our child. I loved the elegant lobby decor, which had a classic Old Shanghai feel. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit attractions. The Beijing cuisine restaurant next door was also very affordable and delicious. The travel time to nearby attractions was moderate, making it a perfect choice for families traveling with children.

My stay here was excellent. The service was warm and attentive, and responses were prompt and quick. The front desk staff were commendably efficient and provided great service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would choose to come again.

這次出遊住這家酒店真的很舒心。房間特別温馨舒適，床品乾淨柔軟，一覺睡到天亮。特別喜歡他們家的獨立衞浴，水壓穩定，熱水來得很快，洗個熱水澡特別解乏。 位置也很方便，附近1公里有兩個地鐵站，離公交站點也就幾百米。周邊有不少餐館和小超市，晚上餓了還能下樓買點吃的。前台服務態度很好，辦理入住很快。非常貼心的借了我充電器。房間裏面有小度智能控制不用起身拉窗簾關燈，太適合我這種懶人了。USB接口充電很方便。房間隔音效果也不錯，雖然臨街但晚上很安靜。空調製熱給力，現在氣温下降，住着特別暖和。客房阿姨也特別温和親切 每天都來打掃房間。總體體驗真的很不錯，下次來這個城市還會考慮住這裏。這次非常開心。

This is my first trip to China. I didn’t have a clue about the roads in Beijing when I was making my way to the hotel. By chance, a front desk member rang me to go through my booking details and helped direct me to the hotel’s location. Checking in was really straightforward, though. When I got into my room, I realized I couldn’t open my suitcase. I called the hotel butler – they call him “Lan Pengyou”, a friendly name for the role – and a maintenance worker from the hotel came over straight away to help me get it open. I finally got hold of the documents and MacBook I desperately needed for the afternoon meeting. What really touched me, and took me by surprise, was this: The housekeeping manager, knowing that foreigners prefer not to wear shoes in their rooms, offered to give the floor a clean for me. She was so thoughtful! The floor was spotless after she’d finished, and she even helped me get connected to the Wi-Fi. She’s such a lovely lady. When I checked out, the front desk had a little gift for me – a set of Chinese-style porcelain teaware, really typical of Chinese craftsmanship. Then they asked how my stay had been. I told them the room was really quiet and everyone had been so polite. I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends back home. Atour Light Hotel is brilliant. I love China, and I love the Chinese people. I’ll definitely stay at Atour Light Hotel again when I come back to China.
