Hotele w: Wangjing Area, Pekin

My parents came from Africa to Beijing for my graduation, and 糖果 (also known as 颖) made their stay incredibly smooth and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, she was kind, patient, and always ready to help ,whether it was showing us to our room, helping with gadgets and Wi-Fi issues, or even guiding my parents to my school for the ceremony. She truly went above and beyond, even assisting early in the mornings during breakfast and making sure my parents felt at home while I was away. They’re so happy with the stay, they don’t even want to leave! The hotel is clean, quiet, and up to international standards. As someone who’s been in China for years, this is the first hotel I’ve been 100% happy with. Highly recommend Country Inn, especially for foreign travelers!🤗🤗🤗

Bardzo dobrze, usługa hotelowa jest ciepła i bardzo ładna. A także obsługa klienta jest szczególnie łagodna, problemy zostaną rozwiązane w odpowiednim czasie, pokój jest bardzo elegancki, izolacja dźwiękowa jest w porządku. Całkowicie dobrze spać, a sanitacja będzie sprzątać w odpowiednim czasie. Jeśli chodzi o cenę w Pekinie, to jest całkowicie dopuszczalne. Jest bardzo blisko stacji metra. Jeśli przyjdziesz do Pekiny na następnym razem, będziesz nadal myśleć o tym hotelu. Zapomnij o zrobieniu zdjęcia w pokoju hotelowym, ale cała ta jest bardzo jasna i dobrze się czujesz.

The hotel location is perfect. The subway is just 50 meters away, a shopping mall is attached to the building, and restaurants like KFC, Burger King, and Starbucks are within walking distance. Front desk staff were helpful, but not all could communicate in English, which caused some issues at times. The room was okay, clean but with old furniture. Amenities were basic, and some items had to be requested. Breakfast was good, with several international options. For the location, I would recommend it, but as an IHG affiliated hotel, I expected a bit more.

The lobby staff were very competent. Despite the language barrier, they tried to translate the information using an app and helped us print three sheets of paperwork for free. There were only two female staff members at night, and I'm grateful to them for being the best lobby staff among the hotels I've stayed at on this business trip.

Bardzo dobre doświadczenie! Bezpłatnie podnieśli standard naszego pokoju i dostaliśmy bezpłatne śniadanie. Proces zameldowania przebiegł bezproblemowo i bezproblemowo dla gości zagranicznych (meldowanie z paszportem). Pokój był bardzo czysty, a obsługa gości była bardzo profesjonalna i szybko spełniła wszystkie nasze potrzeby. Hotel jest nowoczesny i oferuje udogodnienia, takie jak siłownia (pełen zestaw hantli i kilka maszyn) oraz pralnia. Zatrzymaliśmy się tu dwa razy, aby odwiedzić mieszkającą w pobliżu rodzinę i planujemy zatrzymać się tu ponownie w przyszłości. Polecam!

This was the worst hotel experience I've had on a business trip in the past year. I checked in close to midnight, and upon entering the room, I found it was right next to the elevator with terrible soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking as they walked down the hallway. I immediately called the front desk, explaining that I understood it was late and asked them to please contact me the next day if a room became available. The front desk readily agreed, promising to call me tomorrow. The next day, after finishing work, I returned to the hotel and asked the front desk about it. They had no idea what I was talking about and simply said all rooms were full and they couldn't accommodate a change. I didn't push it, only stating that I would provide feedback to the Hyatt Group and give an honest review. Unfortunately, after two busy days in Beijing, I was frequently woken up at night when I returned to the hotel, making it difficult to get any sleep. Before checking in, I saw reviews mentioning good service. The service was indeed very eager, but it was all ineffective service – just a lot of talk with no actual help.

The hotel was beyond the expectations and very convenient. We stayed 5 days and everyday there was room cleaning and new amenities. The hotel was reconstructed in last year so room was very clear and odorless. Breakfast was good. It was a little bit far from a metro station but you can take a bus or taxi or even ride bicycle to get to the metro station so it won't be problem that much. We would definitely choose again our next stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality🙏🏻

大學生裂牆推薦，整個旅館有新風系統空氣很清新，還有一個很大的大廳可以吃飯、學習。最重要的是價格也不是很高。大家在北京選青旅一定要選正規、有前台的，很多民宿式的青旅一晚也50多，但是房間不通風且很容易出現蟲子。我第一晚深受其害。（當時早上趕車沒來得及拍照，就展示一下我拍的北京美景吧）
