**Hotel Review: Beijing Lido Crown Plaza** I recently stayed at the Beijing Lido Crown Plaza and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was impeccably clean, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The morning breakfast was enjoyable, featuring a variety of options, although I did find it a bit repetitive after a few days. Nevertheless, it provided a good start to each day. The facilities were impressive, particularly the beautiful swimming pool and well-equipped gym area, both of which I took full advantage of during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location is a major plus; it's just a short walk to the underground station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Overall, I would recommend the Beijing Lido Crown Plaza for its cleanliness, excellent staff, and great facilities. An area of improvement I would suggest to have more breakfast variety, although it had many choices of Chinese cuisine but it’s the same dishes everyday.

Even though it’s officially rated as a 3-star hotel, it delivers an experience that rivals many 5-star establishments. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm and elegant ambiance that makes you feel like you’re in a luxury retreat. The rooms are incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with an adorable modern touch. Everything feels premium, from the comfortable beds to the stylish décor. For the price, the quality is beyond impressive—it’s honestly hard to believe it’s only 3 stars! The staff deserve a special mention for their exceptional service. They’re friendly, attentive, and always ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Tianchi Hotel is a perfect example of how great value doesn’t mean compromising on quality. If you’re looking for an affordable stay that feels like a five-star experience, this is the place to be

The lobby staff were very competent. Despite the language barrier, they tried to translate the information using an app and helped us print three sheets of paperwork for free. There were only two female staff members at night, and I'm grateful to them for being the best lobby staff among the hotels I've stayed at on this business trip.

I consistently enjoy a wonderful experience during my stays at this hotel. Its prime location and attentive staff truly set it apart. I want to give special recognition to Darren Zhang, who has assisted me on multiple occasions with exceptional kindness and hospitality. His dedication makes this hotel my top choice in Wangjing. Additionally, the breathtaking views enhance the overall experience, making each visit memorable.

The East Beijing - one of my favorite hotel and location in Beijing. Connecting to mall with variety of restaurants and local outlets to choose from. Close to Beijing Capital Airport that beat the heavy traffic. Room was spacious , neat and tidy. Front office staff - special mentioned Amy and the house keeping team was understanding and engaging with my check in/ out process. The only feedback is the room lighting control can be quite difficult to control. Overall a good stay.

Pokój pachnie ładnie i był tak czysty po przyjeździe. Zarezerwowaliśmy podwójne łóżko i jestem tak szczęśliwy, że mamy pokój z najlepszym widokiem. Pokój ma pralka, kuchnię, AC i lodówkę. Receptory byli tak mili i przyjaźni i jestem wdzięczny za ciotkę, która codziennie czyściła pokój. Na dole jest wygodny sklep, który jest 24 godziny i najbliższa stacja metra jest około 5-10 minut spacerem. Wspaniała lokalizacja, ma centrum handlowe w pobliżu i restauracje. Oczywiście polecam to miejsce i będę ponownie rezerwować w przyszłości.

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, Hyatt oferuje wspaniały pobyt, jest kilka rozczarowań. Pokój, projekt i wyposażenie obiektu są doskonałe, najlepsze i najbardziej przemyślane śniadanie, jakie kiedykolwiek jadłem, a co bardzo zauważalne, przyjazna, pomocna i ułatwiająca obsługa, która nie może zrobić dla ciebie za dużo. Wyróżnienie dla członków personelu Kerwin, Michaela, konsjerża, Audrey i Sii, którzy nie mogli zrobić za dużo dla klienta, sprawili, że poczułeś się mile widziany i zaopiekowany, w dyskretny i przemyślany sposób. Były dwie rzeczy, które mi się nie podobały. Byłem zadowolony, gdy dowiedziałem się, że zarezerwowałem pokój dla niepalących. Pierwszy pokój, który wypróbowałem, pachniał dymem cygarowym. Michael, konsjerż, pomógł mi wypróbować inny, na innym piętrze. On również miał w tle zapach papierosów, który musiałem wdychać przez całą noc. Jako osoba niepaląca nie było to zbyt przyjemne z każdym oddechem. Takie są, przypuszczam, wspólne kanały klimatyzacyjne. Tak czy inaczej nie zamierzałem próbować trzeciego pokoju. Następnym razem spróbowałbym pokoju z tarasem i drzwiami na zewnątrz. Dym wymagałby czegoś, co sprawiłoby, że zastanowiłbym się dwa razy, czy zarezerwować ponownie. Czasami można było go poczuć, idąc korytarzem. Na koniec zwrot pieniędzy. Proszę pamiętać, że zostanie pobrana opłata za kolejny pokój jako depozyt. Podczas wymeldowania zapomniałem zapytać o zwrot, ale później tego samego dnia poinformowano mnie, że trzeba go będzie zwrócić w ciągu 3 do 5 dni. Uważam, że to trochę nierozsądnie przesadne. Dziękuję

Excellent! The hotel is newly opened with a great environment. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. Every staff member was incredibly warm and friendly, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast for my child. It's conveniently located right across from the 798 Art Zone, perfect for a stroll. There's also the Railway Museum and Film Museum nearby. Plus, it's relatively close to Capital Airport, so there's no traffic on the way.

Hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Also, I was very happy with the quality and choices of the breakfast buffet. Overall I was very happy and the stay was a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Beijing.

We chose Kuntai for our stay for our B2B held there. Great hotel, quite big and spacious. Amazing breakfasts, very responsive staff, that easily could make our room change for a view side, and most interesting that they have a ”pet” robot for delivery between the rooms that could use lifts and talk when it needs it. One small minus is the location, quite far from the center but very close to the subway and Soho shopping center. Would recommend it to anyone, who needs to stay in this area.
