Hotele w: Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi, Tokio

I stayed at this hotel for the past 6 years and the service kept degrading... the foreign staff there does not understand what ”Services” business means. The marketing staff dvertises a double bed by saying ”small double room”... we booked with trust thinking that it was a double ”bed” in a normal room. It was a single bed. I went to ask for a change (as we were two people), but the front desk woman insisted that it was a ”small double bed”... (120cm wide) she made me pay 15000 yen extra to get a double single beds bedroom... BUT, in that double single beds bedroom the ”single” beds are exactly the same size than the bed in the ”double bedroom”... after hours spent with Trip service and arguing with the manager, I could get a refund and they changed us to a small room with a narrow Queen bed. Disappointed. Will stay there again as a solo traveler for the area... but no longer my first choice.

Podstawowy, z wyposażeniem niezbędnym na nocleg, a jednocześnie bardzo wygodny. Pokój jest wystarczająco duży, aby w pełni rozłożyć bagaż i zapewnić przestrzeń do swobodnego poruszania się i siedzenia przy stoliku kawowym. Najlepsza jest lokalizacja – wszędzie jest Foo's, w zasięgu spaceru od Pałacu Cesarskiego i stacji kolejowej JR! W pobliżu znajduje się również centrum handlowe. Ulica Marunouchi znajduje się po drugiej stronie stacji kolejowej JR Tokyo – łatwo tam dojść pieszo. Pobyt jest wart swojej ceny. Uwielbiam darmowe napoje dostępne w lobby z poczekalnią, gdzie można odpocząć. Na tym samym poziomie znajduje się również pralnia samoobsługowa – bardzo wygodna. Poleciłbym to miejsce na kolejny pobyt w Tokio.

The room was little (as we already new), but there were all the necessary amenities. It was very clean and at the reception you could find all the skincare products. Breakfast options were little, however everything was nice and well furnished. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will be back for sure if we will be staying in Tokyo!

Great location, easy access to both Metro and JR. Airport Limo bus stop was also nearby but I didn’t use it. Food, convenient stores all around since it’s in central Tokyo Yeasu area. Room is small as expected in central area. Complementary refreshments all day at lobby was appreciated. Breakfast was just ok, simple, for a few days it’s ok but we stayed quite a few nights so it gets to you. Luckily, this hotel allowed us to trade the breakfast tickets for vouchers equivalent to the breakfast value to be used in eateries in nearby Yeasu mall. That’s a positive since you then get to have more choices later. You can even use it at the Daimaru food hall!! Overall I can recommend this hotel.

Po wyjściu z hotelu po lewej stronie znajduje się stacja metra. Z lotniska Narita można dojechać metrem na lotnisko Haneda, ale na stację nie można dojechać windą. Można tylko schodami. Pokój w Japonii jest dość duży i łóżko też jest duże. Nasz pokój dwuosobowy, jeden duży i jeden mały, może pomieścić cztery osoby. Ktoś codziennie ścieli łóżko i je sprzątał. W recepcji nie ma problemu z komunikacją po angielsku Kiełbaski i gofry na śniadanie są pyszne W hotelu znajduje się pralnia samoobsługowa na monety, która jest bardzo wygodna. Możesz bezpłatnie przechować bagaż na pierwszym piętrze hotelu Na dole hotelu znajduje się numer 711. Zakup napojów i przekąsek jest bardzo wygodny. Kiedy wyjdziesz z hotelu i przejdziesz kilka świateł w prawo, znajdziesz aptekę. Pamiętaj, aby zabrać ze sobą paszport, aby kupić go bezpośrednio bez podatku. Przy następnej wizycie nadal możesz dokonać rezerwacji

Pokój jest czysty, a wszystkie codzienne potrzeby można kupić w recepcji. Pokój jest bardzo wąski, ledwo mieści się w nim jedna osoba, ale dwie osoby nie mają gdzie się poruszać. Lokalizacja jest dobra, 500 metrów spacerem od stacji Kanda i 800 metrów spacerem od Akihabary.

Jest dość podstawowy, ale wystarczająco dobry. Lokalizacja jest świetna, jeśli planujesz odwiedzić Akihabarę. Personel jest zawsze uprzejmy. Pokój był trochę mały, ale nie można na to narzekać, biorąc pod uwagę rozsądną cenę tego hotelu.

Rooms are cleaned only once in 3 days though they provide clean towels daily. Not open to extend check out time at 10am without a fee. Hotel reception is so small and has no sitting area.

The great thing about this hotel is that it is connected to the underground subway (Shin-Nihombashi), and it is not far from Tokyo station. From the underground passageway, there are automatic doors which lead you to a well-lit small corridor where there are escalators that go up to an indoor entrance to the hotel, but as there were no signs pointing to the hotel, I didn't know about this connection initially, and I dragged my large suitcase up a few flights of stairs that led me to the outside of the building. The night employee who met with me upon check-in was polite enough, but she seemed a bit rigid and cold. In contrast, the day staff whom I spoke with (Mayumi and Shie) were extremely friendly and warm. The shower head and shower hose in my room were leaking and dripped water every few minutes, but the sound was reduced when I closed the bathroom door. The daytime staff whom I spoke with offered to change my room, but I didn't take them up on the offer as I felt I could endure the muffled noise for the few nights I was there and I wasn't sure if the new room would have bad and noisy hotel guests next to it (the guests next around the room I stayed in were quiet and polite). The water pressure of the shower was good and the temperature was consistent. The decor of the room was far too dark. To be clear, I wasn't deceived; I saw the images before booking the room, and I chose this hotel anyway as it was a last minute booking and I felt the price and the location of this hotel were appropriate. The layout and space in the room (Superior) is a bit cramped, but I guess this is the same across many hotels in Tokyo. I didn't like the odd placement of the mirror and basin, as I could see the dark door in the mirror reflection. However, I liked that the toilet and shower were separated. The hand soap quality was not good - after using it, my hand would feel unnatural and dry. I did not use the hotel's shampoo or body wash, as I brought my own toiletries. The sound insulation in the room was great - I barely heard the other guests (I suppose because they were quiet and polite), and I faced an office building so there was barely any street noise. The corridors and room were stuffy, but turning the air-conditioning on helped a bit. I did wish that the windows could be opened to let some outside air in. Next to the lobby is a nice outdoor garden which you can sit in. Unfortunately, I did not have time during the day to enjoy this part of the hotel, and the garden is closed at night. There is a 7-Eleven right at the bottom of the building, very convenient! I did not have breakfast at the hotel, nor did I use any of the facilities, so I have no comment on those. Overall, if you don't mind dark room decor and the things which I didn't like don't bother you, I think you'll find this hotel just fine. It's still a nice hotel, so you can consider it for your stay.

I love the thoughtful offerings that the hotel has which makes me feel at home - from the complimentary toiletries and intricate origamis to the wonderful selection of teas and sweet treats in the afternoon and evenings when we return to hotel. The service staff were helpful and polite, not to mention the hotel is just a short 4 min walk to Bakurocho station. This hotel has everything we wanted and more. Will definitely be my hotel of choice if I were to return to Tokyo again!
