Hotele w: Changping Town/Shisanling Resort, Pekin

This is the first time I come to ChangPing, I could not decide where to stay until I found UrCove hotel on line, where I found the room rate acceptable. After I checked in the hotel, the friendly staff, Ms Annie & Ms Worthy , Eleven, Reece make me feel very homely, and the room is well maintained, I am no regret for my choice, I give 10/10, Keep it Up, TQ UrCove.

Wonderful Family Stay at a Kid-Friendly Hot Spring Hotel We had an absolutely fantastic time during our recent stay with our baby and 7-year-old—this is hands down the most kid-friendly hotel we've ever experienced! The highlights for families are truly outstanding: an amazing indoor playhouse that's perfect for keeping children entertained (though the flooring could use a refresh for even better safety and comfort), and incredible hot springs that the whole family enjoyed relaxing in. The location is a big plus, situated close to an amusement park and shopping center, making it easy to pop out for meals, shopping, or extra fun without relying solely on the hotel dining. The on-site food was delicious, and our spacious room felt practical and luxurious, complete with a bathtub offering nice views. One fun touch was the roaming delivery robot: it added a modern, playful vibe that the kids loved watching. That said, a few areas could be improved for an even smoother experience. Check-in was unexpectedly crowded, taking around 40 minutes (the longest we've ever waited), so families might want to arrive outside peak times if possible. The in-room bathroom has frosted glass that's a bit too transparent for privacy when sharing with spouse or kids—more opaque partitioning would help. Since the hotel knew we were traveling with a baby and young child, it would have been thoughtful to have a crib ready or bed linens prepared for the sofa bed (we managed fine without, but it would elevate the family-friendly aspect). Additionally, it would be great if the robots could handle deliveries from external orders, even for a small fee. Overall, this hotel offered excellent value for money and delivered a memorable, enjoyable getaway for our family. We'd highly recommend it to other parents looking for a relaxing yet engaging spot—we'd happily return!

離泰康燕園非常近，走路距離，因為家人在這裏住院避免來回跑太累我選擇住了一晚。是全季裏面水準較高的了，新，房間大小也比市裡的大一些，停車場雖然需要提前打電話抬桿進地庫，但是空曠的可以橫着停。機器人送餐也很適合尷尬星人。是離泰康燕園康復醫院走路可達的距離，開車的話也不用費勁掉頭，可以走另一個方向轉一個block去醫院。很滿意，在家人住院的焦灼中睡了很好的八個小時。

I don’t even know where to start? To find such an incredible hotel so far from the city is like finding an oasis in a desert. Hampton by Hilton’s Changping branch is so many things but it would be none of them if not for the absolutely unforgettable staff. Most notable of all was Colin, one of the first faces you will meet when checking-in. He was the one who welcomed us last year and one of the reasons why we returned this year. We were quite lost last year and could not even hail a cab correctly and this young gentleman was there to help, multiple times. He will always think of ways to go the extra mile and so too will so many of his colleagues. There is not one frown to be found on everyone’s faces; the team are cheerful, energetic, friendly, very well put-together and truly make you feel welcomed and appreciated. This is beyond professional, this level of hospitality and customer service is something we never expected but is one of the reasons why we will return to Hampton by Hilton year after after. The first time I stayed at the hotel here, the front desk service was very intimate, and he was very good at asking him. The handling was very fast. As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt very neat. The facilities in the room were very new and very complete. The bath towels and toilet pads were disposable. It feels very intimate  The room is equipped with a table wardrobe and an air purifier. It is very quiet. There is also a small refrigerator. If you order takeaway, there is a small robot to the door. It feels very safe and hygienic.  If I stay in the hotel next time, I will definitely give priority to staying at his house 

大年初一到鳳山泡温泉。一路暢通，難得的不堵車。訂了一間温泉家庭房，3人，1500多一晚，含3人早餐。室內有個小温泉池。一樓就是公共浴池區，有餐廳，午餐晚餐自助98/人，家常菜，食材質量尚可，吃飽沒問題，口味馬馬虎虎。茶歇區免費開放，寬敞明亮，有六七種水果、8-10種麪包、餅乾，還有牛奶豆漿咖啡等飲品，質量還行。 温泉水質不錯，泡了半天，皮膚依然緊緻、爽滑。室內一層有各種噴淋，喜歡水按摩的感覺很舒服，地下一層有葯池，室外還有泡池。作為老牌温泉酒店，設施雖然有些老舊，但質量不錯，使用起來沒問題，服務和水質依然在線，晚上還給房間贈送了牛奶、零食，正好解乏。 泡過北京十多家温泉，這裏水質是最好的，水質乾淨，泡完皮膚爽滑，地方很大，上下兩層，品種很多。超讚！

The hotel environment is quite good, near Changping Station. After exiting the subway station, you walk past the government building, and the whole street is very clean. It's about a 10-minute walk, which is acceptable and not too far. Since the hotel is newly opened, everything generally feels new and complete. The main highlight is the excellent front desk service; they actively responded to and resolved all issues I brought up, and even granted a late checkout. The room cleanliness is also the best among the hotels in the surrounding area. I've stayed at several hotels, big and small, in Changping District, and if I need to choose a hotel again next time, this one is definitely my top pick!

Although the room facilities are not comparable to those of a star-rated hotel, they are complete, have no formaldehyde smell, use environmentally friendly materials, are clean and tidy, and have a beautiful environment. In particular, the service is warm and attentive. I look forward to staying here again.

Hol, restauracja na pierwszym piętrze i inne pomieszczenia zaprojektowano w stylu chińskim, który jest bardzo elegancki i piękny, świadczący o kunszcie projektantów i zespołu budowlanego. Byłem trochę rozczarowany, gdy wszedłem do pokoju. Pokój był mały, a wyposażenie proste, raczej na poziomie dwóch i pół gwiazdki. Jedzenie w Da Zhaimen jest pyszne. Mimo że cena jest wysoka, jest ona bardzo rozsądna, jeśli weźmiemy pod uwagę rabat.

Dziewczyny z recepcji są niesamowite, bardzo przyjazne i pomocne. Pomagają mi jak mogą, ograniczając się do kilku słów 🥰 Poranna herbata chryzantemowa w lobby jest pyszna, czuję się bardzo mile widziana. Restauracja obok serwuje przepyszne jedzenie 👍 Brawo dziewczyny, do zobaczenia następnym razem.
