Hotele w: Changping Town/Shisanling Resort, Pekin

This is the first time I come to ChangPing, I could not decide where to stay until I found UrCove hotel on line, where I found the room rate acceptable. After I checked in the hotel, the friendly staff, Ms Annie & Ms Worthy , Eleven, Reece make me feel very homely, and the room is well maintained, I am no regret for my choice, I give 10/10, Keep it Up, TQ UrCove.

We had a great time staying here! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. The room is spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed is firm but still comfortable, made with soft sheets and 2 pillows per person. The room also offers a seating area and a very nice home theatre with sound system (on which you can play your own music). The room is very well isolated, there are no sounds coming in from adjacent rooms or outside. In a separate space connected to the room is a beautiful private hot spring. The temperature is lovely and bathing is extremely enjoyable. Temperatures are adjustable in both the room and the bathing space. Towels, slippers and bathrobes are available. Outside is a lovely garden where you can sit and cool down from the hot bath, this is very nice even in winter. The area is very quiet with a beautiful mountain view. And as a bonus there’s a cute fluffy cat roaming around looking for cuddles.

I don’t even know where to start? To find such an incredible hotel so far from the city is like finding an oasis in a desert. Hampton by Hilton’s Changping branch is so many things but it would be none of them if not for the absolutely unforgettable staff. Most notable of all was Colin, one of the first faces you will meet when checking-in. He was the one who welcomed us last year and one of the reasons why we returned this year. We were quite lost last year and could not even hail a cab correctly and this young gentleman was there to help, multiple times. He will always think of ways to go the extra mile and so too will so many of his colleagues. There is not one frown to be found on everyone’s faces; the team are cheerful, energetic, friendly, very well put-together and truly make you feel welcomed and appreciated. This is beyond professional, this level of hospitality and customer service is something we never expected but is one of the reasons why we will return to Hampton by Hilton year after after. 離泰康燕園非常近，走路距離，因為家人在這裏住院避免來回跑太累我選擇住了一晚。是全季裏面水準較高的了，新，房間大小也比市裡的大一些，停車場雖然需要提前打電話抬桿進地庫，但是空曠的可以橫着停。機器人送餐也很適合尷尬星人。是離泰康燕園康復醫院走路可達的距離，開車的話也不用費勁掉頭，可以走另一個方向轉一個block去醫院。很滿意，在家人住院的焦灼中睡了很好的八個小時。

The room is relatively large in Beijing. And it has a window. The style is nice.

Wonderful Family Stay at a Kid-Friendly Hot Spring Hotel We had an absolutely fantastic time during our recent stay with our baby and 7-year-old—this is hands down the most kid-friendly hotel we've ever experienced! The highlights for families are truly outstanding: an amazing indoor playhouse that's perfect for keeping children entertained (though the flooring could use a refresh for even better safety and comfort), and incredible hot springs that the whole family enjoyed relaxing in. The location is a big plus, situated close to an amusement park and shopping center, making it easy to pop out for meals, shopping, or extra fun without relying solely on the hotel dining. The on-site food was delicious, and our spacious room felt practical and luxurious, complete with a bathtub offering nice views. One fun touch was the roaming delivery robot: it added a modern, playful vibe that the kids loved watching. That said, a few areas could be improved for an even smoother experience. Check-in was unexpectedly crowded, taking around 40 minutes (the longest we've ever waited), so families might want to arrive outside peak times if possible. The in-room bathroom has frosted glass that's a bit too transparent for privacy when sharing with spouse or kids—more opaque partitioning would help. Since the hotel knew we were traveling with a baby and young child, it would have been thoughtful to have a crib ready or bed linens prepared for the sofa bed (we managed fine without, but it would elevate the family-friendly aspect). Additionally, it would be great if the robots could handle deliveries from external orders, even for a small fee. Overall, this hotel offered excellent value for money and delivered a memorable, enjoyable getaway for our family. We'd highly recommend it to other parents looking for a relaxing yet engaging spot—we'd happily return!

I travelled together with my family on the first day of the year. A perfect location, favored for a couple of years. You never notice the amount of travelers and tourists here, it’s always quiet and pleasant experience! Perfect place to unwind and relax. We visited the park, the farm and the hot springs. Hot springs outside are something! They look magical at night! Take into account there will be no one around you and you’ll get a brand new experience of soaking in steaming hot fragrant water under the stars… Breakfast options are widely available for everyone, even a peaky eater. Check-in and check-out procedures are easy, take little to no time. With registration in the hotel, one of the service members will give you their personal number, and they will be available for your call or request 24/7. I wanted to say special thanks to Ms Little Housekeeper ( 小李管家). She helped me out a lot during the whole trip, and assisted with arranging flowers, food and my other special requests. Thank you , dear! My favorite hot spring resort for nearly 3 years, thanks for keeping up ⬆️ with requests and your greatest service!

I loved this hotel, very modern and cosy. A few bits noticed as untidy/unclean but the rest was fine. Clean bed is the most important but I think a bit more attention to the cleaning in general could be had. I would definitely stay again and wish there were more hotel options as nice as this one in the area

入住體驗很不錯，前台小姐姐人很好，有求必應！服務態度滿分！！！辦理入住效率很高，我和朋友是不同時間到的，分別辦理入住，很嚴謹的核對了我們的訊息，既嚴謹又高效，還貼心地告訴我周圍有什麼能吃飯的地方。其次錦江旗下的酒店，安全係數還是很高的，內部裝修也很新，樓道和室內裝修都美我一大跳，衞生條件也很好！設施上有機器人送餐，非常方便快捷～（對了，梳粧台那個打光很好看啊！能出片！信我！） 無論是服務、環境還是設施，這家酒店都遠超預期，下次在昌平選酒店，一定還選這裏！
