"Loved this hotel! Was such a nice place to stay. We had an issue the first time we tried to stay here and ended up not being able to check in at all so i was very wary to try again but I'm glad I did. There was an issue with the hot water that they tried to tell us about but our phone was off the hook, when I brought it up the employee immediately apologized and fixed the problem. Which to me means a lot more than an inconvenience that is out of their control. My only complaint is that you have to eat the breakfast in the breakfast room, absolutely no take out besides coffee. Which doesn't work very well for our family and apparently many other people. It's especially strange because there is a sink, refrigerator and microwave in the room. I'm just happy we were in the same building as the breakfast."

"At night, I saw a small bug in bed. The next day, my body was itchy all day, and there were red and hard bumps on my arms. The hotel looks clean, but I became like this after staying. It's terrible. The eggs for breakfast were so hard that I didn't dare to eat them. In a word, Never never never come again！！！"

"Chrysalis Inn and Spa is exactly what one envisions as the perfect experience in every way. We had the Full Bay water view room with fireplace and extra large window seat which really added to the ambiance. The bathroom slide away wall offered a water view even from the bathtub. Keenan’s on the Pier restaurant within the Inn was so convenient for room service with excellent menu. Walking distance to cute village of Fairhaven was fun for shopping and exercise as well as the boardwalk over the water out front of Inn. We’ll return again and again. "

"W czasie czeku zauważyliśmy silny zapach papierosów, ale to było oczekiwane. Przejście i winda czuły się dość źle, ale pokój pachniał dobrze. Na ścianie obok okna były odciski butów, a na zasłonie było coś ciemnego. Kiedy sprawdzam śpiochy zauważyłem wiele plam i cięć w sama matrycy, jakby został pocięty nożem lub czymś takim. Płaszcze i poduszki były brudne, ale mielismy w naszym samochodzie jakieś śpiące worki i poduszki, które użyliśmy na górze kompletnie wykonanej łóżeczku, więc nie musieliśmy dotykać poduszek podczas snu."
