Właściciel był dostępny i ostrożny do wszystkich moich potrzeb, a śniadanie było zasługiwane, a każdego ranka nie brakowało krojówki Cappuccino i jogurtu. W zakończeniu, silnie polecam to B i B tym, którzy szukają przyjemnego doświadczenia. Na pewno wrócę!"

"Ten pobyt był wspaniale spokojny przerwę w trakcie naszej dwutygodniowej wycieczki w Sycylii. Personel jest niesamowicie znany i ciężko pracujący, a także poświęcony zapewnieniu, że pobyt jest absolutnie najlepszym, jaki może być. Wycieczkę z Arianą pokazał nam drzewa cytrusowe, winnica, drzewa oliwne, tortoza, a nawet kurczaki, które dostarczały jaj na śniadanie! Mieliśmy wspaniałą klasę gotowania z szefem Mimo, który pokazał nam, jak zrobić sycylijskie danie z jajek, takie jak lasagna, ruulady wieprzowe i konolli! A po lekcji mieliśmy piękny posiłek, który pomogliśmy przygotować. Obiad jest wspaniały i gotowany z produktami i składnikami z nieruchomości. Obsługa jest doskonała, a Madame Ensa ma również głęboką wiedzę o winach regionu, które poprawiły nasze posiłki w jadalni. Relais jest z pokonanej drogi, ale w odległości jazdy od wszystkich, które Cię interesuje zobaczyć w tej części Sycylii. Odwiedziliśmy Mount Etna i Noto, a także odpoczywaliśmy w najbardziej wygodnym łóżku, jakie spotkaliśmy w całej Sycylii. Jest piękny basen, który musi być wspaniały latem. Żyjemy w każdej minutie naszego pobytu w Neroli Bio Relais!"

"We spent a night in this B&B for a wedding in Villa Rigoletto (7min of a comfortable car). Extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, very large room and bathroom and equipped with everything you need. A friendly host is available. Breakfast is not on the ground but in bars in the duomo square, a few minutes of car but it's worth it, really good (Great choice of bar)."

"Let's not joke about serious matters!!!! It's true, I wasn't expecting a luxurious place; after all, I just needed a place to go to Etnaland, but I certainly didn't expect my family to camp in a container that met every hygiene and safety standard. Not even the basics. Everything was dirty, from the shower rod that was held up by a wire attached to the roof, to the curtains hung with cable ties. We were four families, and we ran out of water while we were showering. When we complained, they told us (with arrogance and ignorance) that the problem was the temperature of the air conditioning. But it was our mistake; as soon as we realized we had to walk with our phone flashlight to see where to put our feet in the undergrowth, we immediately had to ask for our money back. But for the sake of the children who had the park in front of them, we tried to adapt by using our beach towels as sheets. Also, if you have pets, please note that they are not allowed, with the sole exception of their large dog, who roams around undisturbed, occasionally scratching himself under the table, even while you're having breakfast! It's a real shame; the property is promising, but management needs to be reconsidered. I'd like to point out to the owners that, regardless of how much we pay, at least the cleaning needs to be done; those rooms are for people to sleep in, not animals. Oh, and I forgot, if you want to chat in the evening, be aware that the caretaker/owner will kick you out because, he says, you can't stay by the pool after 6:00 PM because we're not insured! So, run away!"
