服務：這裏的服務絕了，全部工作人員態度超級好，而且很貼心。讓人想多呆好些天，還會再回來的！另外，早餐是點餐的，非常好吃，達到brunch店的水準，不是那種無聊難吃的自助。住客老外非常多，感覺很多人慕名而來，聽到有些人是第二次入住了。地點在市中心但是鬧中取靜，出門的小街道很多小館子，因為夏天，很多當地人在露天用餐，非常舒服。

The hotel location is convenient to travel around. Room is clean. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is caring. The evening before we left, a lady staff was extremely helpful to introduce the related transport APP to us. My heartfelt thanks to her.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, ponieważ jest w centrum miasta. Możesz po prostu dojść do stacji kolei miejskiej, targu rybnego, Bryggen, portu i stacji Floibanen na górę Floyen. Pokój jest w porządku, wybrałem okno, ale tak naprawdę nie widać go na zewnątrz. Śniadanie jest w porządku, ale nie tak wspaniałe. Ale to jest dobre na 1 nocleg. Nie jestem jednak w stanie dobrze spać, ponieważ światło/klimatyzacja emituje lekki hałas.

The location is so close to Bryggen, the UNESCO world heritage site, and there are many food options around in this area. Their breakfast was so delicious (especially salmon) and the room was clean and warm. I can highly recommend this hotel.

PERFECT. The hotel is central, behind the fish market, next to the old port, right in the market area. They gave us a free upgrade and provided us with the sea view room. If I had known what kind of view that room had, I would have chosen it from the start because at night, there is no better view of the old port than from that room. The room was modern and spacious, as was the bathroom. Regarding breakfast, you won't miss anything; on the contrary, there were many delicious options. The staff were extremely polite, always smiling, and ready to answer all our questions. I couldn't have lunch at their restaurant because they were closed, but I will do so when I visit the city again. My experience was excellent. I urge you to book rooms with a sea view.

Hotel dał nam komplementarną awansację po wiedzieli, że podróżowaliśmy na miesiąc miodowy! Oferowali również komplementarne szampana i makaron, zdecydowanie ładny gest! Pokój był bardzo przestronny i czysty, kochamy go!

Comfort hotel is easy to locate. It’s in the city centre. Walking distance from the port, old town, malls, pubs, restaurants and many more. The staff were helpful and always in smile and help to meet the needs of the clients. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, rich and fresh. I have no complaints in overall. My room was clean, in a quiet area and far from the lift. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely comeback here when in visit again Bergen!

Śniadania są takie pyszne!! Ponadto ankieta jest bardzo świetna, jesteśmy z Wielkiej Brytanii i potrzebujemy linii opłat transferowych, chętnie nam pomogą, a kiedy zachorowałem, pomogli mi znaleźć sklep z lekami!! To daje zrobił na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie na temat miasta! Uwielbiam mieszkających tu ludzi i bardzo mi się tu podoba! Dziękuję za wspaniałe wspomnienia ❤️

The hotel is close to Bergen Railway and few supermarkets. Room is clean with clean linens and towels.
