Wspaniały pobyt w tym hotelu. Personel był niezwykle profesjonalny i pomocny, gdy trip.com nie potwierdził prawidłowo pokoi w tym hotelu. Kierownik zrobił wszystko, co mógł, aby pomóc nam rozwiązać problem. Pokoje były stylowe i czyste, a lokalizacja była w odległości spaceru od wielu atrakcji i systemu transportu publicznego w Zoological Station.

Jest to najtańszy hotel Ritz-Carlton, w jakim kiedykolwiek przebywałem. Podczas wakacji kosztował ponad 2000 juanów, a i tak jest tego wart. Byłoby wspaniale, gdyby na śniadanie dodano trochę owsianki i makaronu odpowiedniego dla chińskiego żołądka!

Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra. Do zarezerwowanej restauracji można dojść w 15 minut. Po drodze znajdują się bary, obok biblioteki, uniwersytetu i międzynarodowego centrum konferencyjnego. Sceneria jest wspaniała.

Ich habe gestern eine Nacht in diesem Hotel in Berlin verbracht und war wirklich positiv überrascht. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich freundlich empfangen, alles lief schnell und unkompliziert. Genau so sollte es sein. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und angenehm ruhig, sodass ich richtig gut schlafen konnte. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass alles gepflegt und durchdacht wirkte, nichts war abgewohnt oder lieblos. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls top – gute Auswahl, frische Produkte und für jeden etwas dabei. Auch der Service war aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Lage ist ideal, man kommt schnell überall hin, egal ob geschäftlich oder privat unterwegs. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Probably the best hotel I stayed in, overall, during a multi-stop trip to the area. Very helpful staff greet and guide you. A pleasant bar and superb, if a little pricey, breakfast. The room was very well done and comfortable except I couldn't adjust the A/C. Great location relative to the tourist sites, but a bit far from the subway; the bus can take you there.

Trzy rzeczy poważnie wpłynęły na moje wrażenia z pobytu w hotelu. Właściwie na desce sedesowej znajdowało się kilka żółtych, lepkich substancji. Ponieważ spieszyłem się do łazienki, musiałem sam je wytrzeć wilgotnymi chusteczkami. Następnie chusteczki w pudełku z chusteczkami w łazience były w kompletnym nieładzie; wszystkie chusteczki były porozkładane chaotycznie i za każdym pociągnięciem jednej wypadała ich cała masa. Nie wiem, co robi personel sprzątający. Ponadto stare wyposażenie sprawiało, że pobyt był bardzo niekomfortowy, zwłaszcza że łazienka nie miała wentylacji wyciągowej. Po skorzystaniu z toalety musiałem otworzyć całe okno w pokoju, aby przewietrzyć, ale wydajność ogrzewania była również bardzo niska. W mroźną zimę, po otwarciu okna, aby wpuścić świeże powietrze, pokój długo się nagrzewał. Cały pobyt przypominał pobyt w hotelu za 50 euro, a nie w 4-gwiazdkowym.

Travelled alone. The pool, Spa and Gym were so good. Staff friendly and the receptionists who checked me in and out were friendly, along with all the staff at the hotel and Spa. The cafe on site was an absolute bonus. Nice quiet position but with a lot of things nearby and excellent transport links.
