Hotele w: Tiergarten, Berlin

Jest to najtańszy hotel Ritz-Carlton, w jakim kiedykolwiek przebywałem. Podczas wakacji kosztował ponad 2000 juanów, a i tak jest tego wart. Byłoby wspaniale, gdyby na śniadanie dodano trochę owsianki i makaronu odpowiedniego dla chińskiego żołądka!

Sehr großes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Ambiente des Hotels ist gediegen und gemütlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde das Hotel wieder buchen, wenn ich nach Berlin reise. Einziger Nachteil: Leider keine Walk in Dusche, sondern man muss in die Badewanne klettern. Frühstück ist hervorragend - überaus aufmerksamer, persönlicher Service in ruhigem Ambiente.

Amazing location next to the Potsdamer Platz and literally steps away from the Memorial of the Murdered Jews and Brandenburger Tor. Also a super central location for getting to all the other tourist attractions like the East side gallery, alexanderplatz etc. The hotel itself is quite dated and simple, but cleanliness is maintained. Housekeeping was rather careless e.g. forgot to refill conditioner for both nights, sending same amenities twice, but fast to respond overall.

Wspaniały pobyt w tym hotelu. Personel był niezwykle profesjonalny i pomocny, gdy trip.com nie potwierdził prawidłowo pokoi w tym hotelu. Kierownik zrobił wszystko, co mógł, aby pomóc nam rozwiązać problem. Pokoje były stylowe i czyste, a lokalizacja była w odległości spaceru od wielu atrakcji i systemu transportu publicznego w Zoological Station.

Love this hotel so much! It has the amenities we needed. Washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenette to cook. Clean and tidy. Room comes with smart tv and location is great! Walking distance to the Christmas market!

Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra. Do zarezerwowanej restauracji można dojść w 15 minut. Po drodze znajdują się bary, obok biblioteki, uniwersytetu i międzynarodowego centrum konferencyjnego. Sceneria jest wspaniała.

Dissappointing... We come here for more than six years, and it goes seamlessly down. In the evening is the sauna neglected, nobody comes to replenish towels and water cups, not to mention that ”renovation” meant the removal of the fridge, which used to offer free soft drinks and bottled water after the saune. Just two sorts of tea (if you can sustain that four kind of black tea means four sorts of tea...). Nobody controls the sauna temperature anymore, one day it was crispy hot, last time one could fall asleep inside... The rooms cannot be heated, just cooled. If you try to turn air condition off, you can´t, and they need the approval of the building´s owner to change the set temperature for the entire hotel. Last time they offered us a heater, now we had to change room for extra charge. All staff seemed overwhelmed with the complaints, except for apologies there is nothing to get in exchange for the wasted time and money... Room keys don´t always work in the elevator or on the floor. Extra coding for the sauna works every now and then. Staff overwhelmed, room orders come very late or not at all. No coffee sets whatsoever.

Lokalizacja i obsługa na pięć gwiazdek. Pokój jak najbardziej w porządku na kilka nocy.

Zimmer war okay. Auf dem ersten Blick sauber ansonsten ging so (z.b. unter dem Bett komplett verstaubt, Duschkopf sehr verkalkt, unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Bad). Sehr klein man hatte kaum Bewegungsfreiheit und im Bad sowieso nicht also als großer Mensch nicht geeignet. Im ganzen war es für den Preis okay. Als Party Urlaub in Berlin aufjedenfall geeignet als Pärchen Urlaub eher weniger. Das essen essen haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Im Einzelzimmer keine Tür zum Klo und früh kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche ist schon echt unterirdisch
