O hotel e ótimo, o atendimento e ótimo, porém no ambiente de refeição o rapaz que estava no atendimento estava mais preocupado em assistir um jogo de futebol do que atender os clientes. A tv estava muito alta e estava muito ruim pra fazer o pedido de um jantar. Pra falar a verdade eu fiquei muito encomendado com a altura da tv.

Excellent staff. Hotel with small but cosy rooms. Unfortunately I found a cheap in the room. The room was clean, but probably not correctly detected. I had no paper in the bathroom, I had to ask at the reception. The breakfast is complete and the parking is a little tight if it is full.

we were working from 13/10/21 to 07/02/22, everything happened very well. 1) Old room but everything works, very clean and Marcia was making it unpleasant. 2) The reception is all very nice (I will not quote names because I can forget someone) 3 The morning coffee and a show apart, Michele and Damas are love, Michele made me even the sticks, which my husband Marcos loved. (b) the coffee room, which is with a horrible infiltration, the wet/boiled wall for the renitee is a nightmare, I hope you will fix it. next work in Betim, Samba will be our stop

The hotel is comfortable, very clean and well located for those in transit between the Rio and Brazil. It offers free closed parking. Basic and imperfect rooms in cleaning and cleaning. It has buffet at dinner with well-made home food. You could have more options without gluten and without milk.

Very good service and very satisfied breakfast. The location is very good, close to shops and supermarkets, and there is a bakery next door. In addition, the room was very clean and there was no problem with my booking.

Great location, nearby many shops and restaurants. Room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, beautiful room view. The room wasnt cleaned 2x even after being asked. Room is a bit too ”bare” and dark at night even with all lights on. Also, with almost no amenities and bathroom too basic. Still, comfortable in general.

The hotel is located in the centre of Belo Horizonte and has very old accommodation. The reception service is a little misguided. The room we were was a spacious, good bed, old air conditioning and noisy. The bathroom was also with good room and a good shower, but the water was passed through the door and flooded the bathroom.
