Nice clean hotel catered to business travelers. Breakfast was mediocre. Area is quiet and paid parking is close by.

Excellent location - 2 minutes walk to the train station. Walking distance to old town and other great restaurants and cafes as well as lots of options for shopping including the supermarket.
Room was excellent - spacious for our family of three. Bathroom even had a large bath tub!
Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Very nice small hotel. Perfect location in the city center of Bilbao. Friendly staff in the reception. Nice breakfast…..everything was fine.

It is a good hotel, but they have not changed mattresses after getting rid of bedbugs. Although the bugs were gone, it was uncomfortable to sleep on an unclean mattress.

Great location in center of city within walking distance to Guggenheim and also Old Town. Not sure if i would rate it a 4star hotel. Room was small but clean and everything worked.

Property was conveniently located. Property was very clean, and staff very attentive to your needs. 24 hour front desk assistance was a plus. Nice property and very spacious room considering we’re at the heart of the city.

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast average to low, counting it is in Basque Country.
I absolutely did not like front desk person. Not helpful, very formal, not warm at all. Did not help with the dining reservation, did not include breakfast price into final bill. We had to do it in the middle of the night.
