Instalaciones en muy buen estado cama cómoda, limpieza muy bien, relación precio calidad excelente y ubicación muy céntrico, de hecho volvería a repetir

We very much enjoyed our time at this hotel but I’m going to do something I don’t usually Pros: *Great location *So clean, I can’t emphasise this enough. *Very modern decor *Good wifi * comfy bed *Good communication * walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go * supermarket literally next door * super lively surrounding street. Cons: *I had to keep asking for emails/communication in English, they kept sending it in German, I’m Australian * noisy inside the room. We could hear our neighbours talk, listen to music, shower at 1am 😩 * we kept hearing a noise when we arrived, mid afternoon, and thought it was construction work ,turns out it was the hot water system.

Situated right in the centre of the old town and a short walk to the Casco Veijo Metro station. The room was not air conditioned but provided a fan and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was ok but I dislike hotels with macerator type toilets as they make way too much noise and the hotel will fine you 200 Euro if you block it by putting toilet paper in the toilet (Sign beside toilet) so be aware of this.

Great location in the Old Town of Bilbao. Great value with a friendly and very helpful staff.

Acudí con mis amigos a visitar la ciudad y no podemos estar más contentos con el sitio. Super bien de precio muy bien ubicado, la habitación genial, limpio y baño muy bueno. Recién reformado y muy atentos con todo. Repetiremos si tenemos suerte de volver.

Het hotel is zeer karaktervol en is eigenlijk een van de vijf dependances van het hotel in de wijk Casco Viejo. Met een code heb je toegang tot het gebouw en je kamer. Personeel zie je niet. Voor vragen en andere zaken heeft een van de dependances een lobby waar je terecht kan. Al met al een prima hotel.

Puntos fuertes: - Excelente ubicación en Casco Viejo, entorno ideal para compras y restaurantes (walking distance) - Servicio muy atencioso y siempre dispuesto a ayudar - excelente limpieza de las habitaciones - Cocina equipada con elementos básicos para los que quieran hacer comidas - La habitación en la que me alojé (104) era espaciosa (quizás porque estaba adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida – tenía, por ejemplo, una pequeña rampa para el baño) - Personal atento – antes de mi partida pude dejar mis maletas en la recepción de otra unidad, con recepción, sin ningún problema, para poder recogerlas más tarde. Puntos a mejorar: - La cocina abierta, ubicada al lado de las habitaciones, le permite escuchar todo: ruido de artículos para el hogar, microondas, si tiene el sueño ligero, esto puede ser un problema. En mi caso, como era una pareja con dos niños pequeños, todas las mañanas me despertaba con ruido. - La limpieza fue excelente, sin embargo, como el baño no tenía ventanas, docenas de pequeños mosquitos volaban en el espacio y no había forma de ventilar muy bien para espantarlos. Algo que me molestó, pero no me quejé con el personal, sin embargo, para obtener ayuda. //// Experiencia positiva. Me quedaría de nuevo.
