"Does not adhere to brand standards. Refuses to grant late checkout though it is guaranteed per the Marriott Bonvoy T&C. When I highlighted that I am a Titanium member, they doubled and subsequently tripled down flat out refusing to give any late check out whatsoever. Also, on the app and website they have posted that the checkout time is 11 AM, however, the back of the room door states that check out is at noon. Avoid unless you’re a glutton for punishment."
