Britannia Hotel Bolton ★★★

Travelodge Bolton Central River Street Hotel ★★★

"Shout out to Nicola for the most helpful member of staff! Ok so we stayed at the height of the heatwave..reception had air con..stepped into the lift..oh this is a bit warm..lift opened on 4th floor and it hit us..the heat was ridiculous. Opened the door to 403 and wow..brick wall..the curtains had been closed to try block out the sun to no avail. I know its no ones fault about the heatwave but we had a 7 inch fan which was about as much use as a chocolate teapot. I think our room was reading 37 degrees on my phone. I wanted to move my bed to reception! Anyway we didnt sleep..the heat stayed and we left as early as we could"
