"The hotel has a great location, walking distance to the train station and to the river. The room is big enough and the bathroom size is decent too. I booked a room with two twin beds. I might have selected 1 room and 1 guest instead of two guests when I booked it. The hotel decided I need to pay extra for the additional person plus additional city tax. They have plenty of rooms ready but when we tried to check in around 1:30, we were told no room was ready. The WiFi barely worked at all. I had to use my cell data."

"I stayed at this hotel halfway down the Rhine from Mainz to Koblenz. It was a great choice. It is a long-established and very comfortable hotel. In addition to the elegant interior facilities, it has a sauna and a pool. The garden restaurant with a view of the Rhine is also very nice."

"Good location in Boppard with access to shops as well as long promenade along the river. Room was comfortable and clean with a much appreciated refrigerator. Great view of Rhine even without a balcony. Breakfast was quite good with a nice variety of hot and cold dishes. Friendly family operated. Be aware though, when window is open in a room with no balcony, you are Very Close to strangers on their balcony. I would stay here again."

"Zarezerwowano to naszą imprezę sześciu. Czyste i wygodne pokoje, dość małe, ale miał wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Przyjęcie było przyjmowane przez przyjaciela dżentelmena, ale nie było personelu na służbie i restauracja była zamknięta (nigdy śniadanie). Hotel dał wrażenie, że jest zamknięta na sezon."

"So where to start. The towel rack was poorly hanging off. Very disappointed. Dead spiders in my bed and squashed spiders up the walls. Spiders in the shower. Mold was everywhere and bed sheets stained yellow. Not enough food choices. Thick dust on bedside tables. Good accessible parking sometimes a bit tricky. Overall give in a 2 star just because the WiFi"
