While we were there the key cards were not working for the rooms. The staff were so helpful and patient during this time, they always had a smile on their faces. The pool restaurant and bar has some good food and drinks that won't break the bank. You can't beat the location. You can walk to the beach and to many restaurants, bars and shops. This was my 2nd time to this hotel and I will go back.

I recommend this place. It was really nice. When I got there they didn’t have keys for the doors but beside that the staff was wonderful.

Our accommodation was the 2-bedroom apartment—remarkably spacious. The king beds were a favorite, and the pool area was equally fantastic.

Very nice staff and other guests weren’t a problem! Very family friendly place! There was a problem with the locks but they were on it very fast and easily! Very up to helping everyone out! 10/10 recommend!

I like the property
The room key system is not working, but the staff had to let us into the suite. All in all we really enjoyed the property.

I was disappointed in the restaurant. It came highly recommended by the staff in the bar. The food was subpar based on the recommendation of the staff. I wish I would have eaten at another place.

Outside and grounds are great. Inside and rooms are a bit dated. Some staff was courteous, some staff completely ignored us. Parking is limited. Great area. Great pool. Food was good. Convenient location.

well kept property, our room was a double full size bed, with balcony on the 4th floor. The room was comfortable, cool and perfect for sleeping after a long day of adventure. The property excels when it comes to activities, the kids pool was fun, the outdoor restaurant made a superb cup of cafe, the game room was outdated but had the essentials needed to spend at least an hour out of your room, the beach you are provided access to is simply beautiful, clean, calm and loaded with gorgeous views. a quick walk over a bridge and you have great local cuisine and a variety of bars from upscale to dive bars, good music, plenty of picture ops and friendly locals. definitely planning to revisit

we stayed here after bio tour in la parguera. rooms comfortable and clean. older property but nice for the area. breakfast by the pool was very good.
