Arrived to immaculate reception area. Cool but functional greeting and check in. Room small but clean and everything worked. Stayed 5 nights. No towel change. No bedding change. No room clean. Unsure if this is normal here. I have never stayed in a room that long without cleaning and you have no tools to clean for yourself and no instructions for your rubbish. Location is easy for town. Staff are all nice except for one lady receptionist who I won't name but hospitality is the wrong job for her. I would not return based on the room not being serviced.

Hotel was clean and tidy! Appartment had everything you need for a short stay in Bordeaux. The temperature was very hot and the air con didn't do much to counter it, but certainly better than having none!

Great value if you have a car. Not the nicest area of Bordeaux, but really nice room for the price.

Excellent accueil nous avons pris notre chambre avant l horaire prévu Forfait pkg très appréciable Appartement confortable, bonne literie, très propre. Très vaste. Petit déjeuner suffisant et diversifie. Bonne situation geographique

Un peu loin des solutions de restauration et dans un quartier où il n'y abpas grand chose à faire... mais confortable. Les chambres sont grandes et fonctionnelles. Il y a des prises ou il faut. Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner. Accessible en bus ou tram depuis la gare.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable et réactif, les chambres sont confortables, propres et calmes.
