"Ten przytulny i uroczy hotel jest własnością Nicolasa, bardzo miłego i delikatnego faceta. Ma tylko około 6 pokoi, nasz był bardzo duży, wygodny i piękny. Jest to 15 minut spacerem od dworca kolejowego i 15 minut spacerem od placu Victoria, gdzie można dostać tramwaj wszędzie. Sąsiedztwo jest dość izolowane, choć czasami trochę zbyt wiele."

"We booked a deluxe room with breakfast included. The hotel is a 17th/18th century European building; the top floor was where the maids used to live 🤗. It's in the heart of Bordeaux, a very convenient location. Most attractions and shopping spots are within walking distance, about 10-15 minutes' walk each 🤭. The cleanliness was commendable, and the other guests were very quiet and friendly."

"The hotel is quite near Gare de Bordeaux St Jean, about 10 minutes’ light walking distance away. The hotel is neat and tidy. It provides free apples upon check-in. There’s a mix-up about breakfast, which I was almost charged for upon check-out when the staff at check-in mentioned all was already included in my booking (city tax and breakfast). She even mentioned dinner was included. Thankfully, I checked again with her, and she mentioned I could check them out and pay upon check-out. Duh. However, in the end, the breakfast fees were waived off, thankfully. There’s a water dispenser near the lift where we could top up water. There’s a fridge and safe deposit box, as well as coffee and tea sachets available in the room. The lighting was not that bright in the room, but since it’s already May, the sunset happens after 9 p.m. anyway, so it’s not a big issue. I think they purposely made the room a bit darker as well for ambiance, maybe."

"Idealny hotel obok stacji kolejowej. Wybrano między Mercure a Hotel 56 (nawet zarezerwowano go pierwszy) i różnica jest wielki. Mercure jest o wiele lepszy. Przyjazne rzeczy, dobre udogodnienia. Zostawiłem też w pokoju jakieś ubrania i szybko go znaleźli i zapakowali dla mnie."
