Great location on the Wharf and very clean, spacious rooms. The two issues: 1) the service at the front desk and with the valet is quite poor, and 2) the amenities are becoming outdated. The spa (Exhale) is nice, but hotel guests need to pay $60 for a pass to use the sauna and steam. It is not included in the room rate.

這家酒店坐落於波士頓安全性最好的區域，臨海，景觀也不錯！但是，設施相對比較老舊，服務真是一言難盡，感覺好幾個前台都弄不靈清辦事馬虎；明明已經全額預付，並反覆告知的情況下，兩次刷走房費，要不是信用卡有即時短訊，都會糊裡糊塗的混過去，真是服了，做錯了也毫無歉意，充分感受了這讓人抓狂的隨意和散漫，服務差評！

Lovely hotel. Spa next door was lovely (but not inexpensive). Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean.

Service and staff were excellent, lobby and bar area were great and the view even from the second floor was beautiful.
The room itself I gave 3 stars. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable, there was a hole in the ceiling where an unfinished fire sprinkler was and wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom.
The location and everything else was great but based on the room I’m not sure id stay here again. I’d definitely come in to get food/drinks.

Being in the North End, it was very convenient to walk to any of the wonderful restaurants in the area. I expected the parking to be expensive, but the resort fee just seemed like another way to extract money from us without having to provide anything extra for us. I don’t care if it’s done by the majority of hotels now; it’s not right.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I love the location and staff. However my room this time had a hair dryer with what looked to be paint on it and dirty. I left a note for housekeeping and a voicemail at the hotel but never heard back. Also, the night lights at the bedside did not work and the desk furniture was scuffed up and old and worn. I will definitely give staying there another try but do expect better from a Fairmont.

Clean and convenient. All of the amenities I wanted and then some. Excellent value for the cost. Would definitely stay here again.
